Technical Support
The monthly Webcast Class / Q&A sessions with John Morton are broadcast in video as well as audio. You need to install Windows Media Player or RealPlayer 10 on your computer in order to receive the video portion of the event, or any version of RealPlayer to listen to an audio-only stream. The audio quality on the audio-only stream is usually slightly better than the audio quality on the low speed video stream. Also, older computers and computers with slower modems are more likely to be able to receive an audio-only stream than a video stream.
We will have technical support staff available by phone
starting one hour before the broadcast to assist you if
you have any trouble hearing or viewing the online broadcast.
Call (323) 737-4055 for technical support on the
day of the event. If you get a busy signal, our tech
support crew is busy answering other calls.
Please call back. Tech support is also available during business hours Pacific Time.
You can also email for technical support to webcast@msia.org during business hours Pacific Time.
