Is buying products through the MSIA catalog SECURE? |

Yes. We provide Online Purchasing via a SECURE server. We have many people ordering via this method and are very happy with the ease of ordering as well as the security of their credit card numbers. A secure document looks something like this. Your clues that you are connected to our "Secure Checkout" is that there is a consistent blue line at the top of the browser and the key (or lock) in the bottom left hand corner of the browser is full (not broken).
Please note that MSIA does not accept 2nd party credit cards as payment on orders.

Once I put items in my "shopping bag" can I change my mind and take them out again? |

You can add items to your order and take them out again while you're shopping. When you're ready to purchase the items in your basket simply click on "checkout" to add up the items in your basket, delete the ones you don't want and choose your method of payment. |

How do I find out if my order through the web site went through OK? |

If you receive a confirmation at the end of your order, it has been submitted. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order. You will not be added to any mailing list other than MSIA's. MSIA does not sell its mailing list. |

How can I check on an order that has been shipped or get assistance on what to order? |

How long will it take for me to receive the items I order? |

In the USA, we ship by First Class U.S. Mail or by UPS. Outside the USA we use various shipping services, including the US Mail. |

Can I pick up my order? |

Yes. We ship from our beautiful headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Feel free to come and visit us if you are in the area. It is best to call ahead, (323) 737-4055. |

Do you ship internationally? |

Yes. There is no additional charge beyond our set shipping and handling charges. |

Do you do rush shipments? |

A rush shipment can be arranged at an extra charge. Please call us to request a rush shipment and we will assist the best that we can. |

Do I pay sales tax on orders? |

If your order is shipped to a destination within California we will be collecting sales tax based on the county being shipped to. |

What is your return policy? |

We will accept unopened items for a credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Defective items should be returned immediately so that we may replace them. |

Can I order without using the Internet? |

If I order something will my address be added to a mailing list or sold? |

MSIA does not sell its mailing list and believes that spirituality is a private matter for each person. Your customer order information will only be used to send you the items you order. |

When I buy something, is that considered a donation? |

No. Although MSIA is a nonprofit organization, purchases through the catalog are just that, purchases and not donations. |
