Volunteering at Prana: A Labor of Love

The tours of Prana on July 7th, the day after MSIA’s Conference of Soul Transcendence, did not go as planned. They were even better.

Laura O’Brien and I were there to welcome Conference goers to the home of the Traveler but it seems they were busy at the Blessingsfest or off to Windermere, and catching the Spirit in other ways.
Instead we shared in the joy with the out-of-towners, still radiant from the busy weekend at the Four Seasons, as they prepared to depart for home.

Laura and I were a reverse welcoming committee giving our friends a loving send off and inviting them to return next year.

There were a few people from the community who came by and we welcomed them and showed them the beautiful house and grounds. Volunteering at Prana is always a labor of love.

Next up at Prana is the Prana 40th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday August 9, 2014 — celebrating the Home of the Traveler At Peace Awareness Labyrinth & Gardens and Live Online.

Open to MSIA Discourse Subscribers and their friends & family, the festivities include a fun games, mouth-watering BBQ dinner, stories from residents, historic Prana pictures, and an outdoor screening of the movie, “Mystical Traveler: The Life & Times of Dr. John-Roger.”
