Loving Abounds! MSIA Gatherings Worldwide for the J-R Memorial

MSIAers gathered in homes and other public spaces around the world to share together in the viewing of “John-Roger’s Life: A Special Memorial and Celebration”.

All in all, we had at least 34 online group gatherings in 10 countries worldwide: Australia, Brasil, Canada, Chile, England, Nigeria, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, and Uruguay.

Reports from our hosts were beautiful – full of loving, fellowship, and caring. Here are highlights plus photos from some of the gatherings.

If I can be of any assistance regarding group gatherings, please contact me at DebbieRoth@msia.org | 323-328-1979. God bless our family and the outpouring of grace that we share in as we love one another. Thank you J-R.

For me, it has been a sweet experience of connection with JR. All along the preparation (food, decoration, gift, …), I had the feeling JR was surfing on my mind to get stuff organized using my nature and creativity and character to support the celebration. I felt attracted to buy an Advent crown because the online event started on the first day of Advent time. I followed the inspiration to find a welcome gift for the hosts and bought some chocolates called “Mon chéri” (my cherished one) and prepared some JR quotes to offer to the persons as a kiss given by JR to welcome them. I transferred my Christ and Mystical Traveler sanctuary from my office to the room so we all would bath in the energy supported by the pictures. I lit candles placed all around the living room and got the food prepared in the kitchen in an easy way. The most moving moment has been the feeling that JR was really giving the welcome kiss to the people present when I offered them the “Mon chéri” with a quote.

I experienced our memorial as one and lost the feeling of here and there. All took place at the same place.

For the group, me included, the evening and the night were sweet, moving, easy and happy. We were in unity.

One person who saw the movie for the first time was greatly surprised and happy and understood much about …. much! Another mentioned the abundance of love flowing during the night and the following day, another felt happy to get involved into the memorial within a community. Another who planed to go to bed after a long day, waited to see John after the meal and stayed for the whole event without feeling tired.

I am aware of a deeper awareness of J-R’s present. For me, the connection got clear again. I felt it easier to relate inwardly with JR than during the 40 days time after his passing.

I’ll do a movie evening again for those who were interested but could not come and they are several ones.

LL,
Dominique in Switzerland

Beloved.
The gathering that started by 9pm on Saturday 29th Nov, and ended by 6am Sunday morning, with over one hundred participants was indeed a moment of the deepest sorrow and happiness as we join the MSIA family worldwide for the memorial celebration of our master, our best friend, our way-shower and one of the greatest peace icons in this dispensation, J-R. It was really an all night experience with J-R as his presence and vibe filled the entire hall. Oh! what a wonderful gathering.

J-R was a Peacemaker, and his holistic peace pedagogy will always remain indelible to the hearts of millions he has touched.

J-R, your emergence is as a master of love. Thereby, you attended the highest echelon in the world of integrity. Above all, a world-renowned spiritual teacher, as you embraced simple and profound philosophies that had bearing with what you wished to be remembered for, after your sojourn on the earth planet.

Today, and forever you shall be globally remembered and celebrated, despite your exit to the great beyond, because of your enduring legacies which have created positive impacts to mankind and the world at large.

Thanks, for your marshal plan of continuity by providing us with another great man of peace and integrity, John Morton. We are so grateful to have him with us.

And finally, we shall always love you and continue in the line of your lightening and loving footprint and may the Angels of Love, Light and Sound be with you all the way.

Baruch-Bashan.

We had a wonderful day with five ministers in attendance and we thought the memorial to JR was very well balanced and heartfelt. Thank you so much.

Love and Light.

We were 13 people all up. It was glorious – people couldn’t tear themselves away from the broadcast – most people watched the seminar too. The space was very sacred, moving and blissful.

I made sure that people knew how to take care of themselves in terms of drinks and that they could get in and out of the room quite easily. We also maintained a quiet atmosphere without interruptions which everybody appreciated.

My husband, Joe and I had a beautiful gathering. With the Facebook sharings, it sounds like I’m not alone in this. I feel J-Rs presence more closely, more intimately and much more magnified since his passing. The Celebration and Loving that was present here, in LA, and it sounds like the world, was quite moving. We laughed, we cried, and were brought even more closer to His presence (as if that were even possible). With the two of us and the participants all over the world, it was a quiet intimate affair. It always astounds me, even with the Tele-workshops, how the energy can be so charged! It’s as if we are all in the same room or venue together. Just amazing! The loving that each of us MSIAers are bringing forward into the world is quite a beautiful thing.

We had a gathering of about 25 people in the Austin area at our house (Kevin-Sherri Robinson) in Georgetown Texas. We gathered for a potluck and social time before the event began. Since we are 2 hours behind CA time, most of the group left to make the journey home to watch the 2nd half in their own homes. There were 7 of us who stayed to watch the 2nd part of the evening together.

It was wonderful to have everyone gather together in the community. It really felt like an honor to host family for this event of us sharing our love for J-R together. I’m not sure what else to say except I felt blessed and honored to have contributed to this event by offering our house as a gathering spot.

My love to you and all who worked on this event. It was wonderful.
~Sherri Robinson, Austin, Texas

Thank you for the wonderful broadcast – I was up all night!

And then, we had a lovely celebration yesterday in London – Sam Westmacott very generously sponsored the event, in a gorgeous venue, with food & desserts that JR would have loved.

We shared, chanted, sang, prayed, lit candles (candle lighting ceremony like Insight to El Shaddai – everyone took a frosted glass candle holder home plus an extra candle), played music, moments of peace, etc. Our talented ministers entertained us. Nathalie Franks (on behalf of the MSIA board) distributed beautiful printed cards with pictures of J-R on both sides. It was moving, community-building, and very Light-filled.

In loving and gratitude

The gathering went great. I had 8 people participate. Little challenging with audio as we only heard the Spanish translation for a bit! Fun part was we had someone who spoke Spanish so some reverse translation. We forgot to take pictures… but we had lots of food… thanksgiving celebration all over again!
Delighted to serve in this way,
Thanks.

I think we all enjoyed it, although most left for home or bed at the dinner break. Dyan and I stayed up until the break for dancing. It was nice to get together with a few of our Michigan gang.

Two Reports from Victoria, BC Canada:

From Corinne Kidd:
News report from igloo land. We actually had snow in Victoria the day of the celebration – very remarkable for us. And remarkably our regular MSIA group of 4 almost doubled with special guests from Washington. WOW after years of 4, we have 3 new folks in Victoria!

Since J-Rs passing, our community feels more closeness and have been getting together for just about every on-line event as well as seminars! We’re loving it! Lifting higher & higher.

We had the opportunity to practice vigilance, patience, listening within and gratitude for other things as we listened to Spanish for first half hour. I recalled J-R recommending strongly that we learn Spanish years ago saying the Spanish community was going to increase big time. Now I get it!

Inger Hansen was awesome host and techie and reconnected regularly to the on-line feed. Opportunities for groaning, letting go…….and laughing.

Thank Hu to all who shared on line – and for the opp to share amongst ourselves about our first connection with J-R. So sweet…. With food and dancing and sharing and caring with photos and grace and love and more food.

Thank you J-R for bringing us together and showing us how to move through any blocks that get in the way of the loving – our purpose for being here. The beat goes on…..
E….T….C….

Love to all from the Victoria GROWING Victoria community.

From Inger Hansen:

Hi Debbie,
We had an amazing get together on Saturday. The weather was perfect, sunny and crisp. Nine people had planned to attend, unfortunately one had to work, so we were eight. She was able to tune in at work though and even called to tell us. Nice eh!

We got together at-about 3pm to chat and had wonderful homemade gluten-free cookies and appetizers. The TV was playing moments of peace with J-R.

At four o’clock we tuned into the live Celebration and at 6 o’clock we had a fabulous pot-luck, it was a real feast. While we ate, the seminar was playing in the background. And we went all the way ….or almost to the end, before we lost connection – I think about 10:30pm.

The beginning, with Spanish translation only, was actually quite funny, when we got over the surprise. There was more interruption with people on the screen going green and jumping out of connection (not the people). We talked about the system being overloaded, so it was not a big deal.

The big deal was hearing the tributes to J-R and everyone paid attention, it was a wonderful celebration and we learned more about him, his life and beautiful soul.

I am aware of a deeper personal connection with J-R since his passing. What I find really interesting is that we have had more people wanting to come together, than before – since the summer. Oh,….I do feel J-R is showing them the way…….with so much loving.

Thank you to everyone that is making these webcasts possible with so much loving and grace. We all love and appreciate you!

We attended the whole event until 1:30 AM! We felt that we were so blessed to participate. This public acknowledgment (and through FB) of all of our personal experience of J-R and The Traveler Consciousness is an un-imagined shower of Divine Loving and Joy. Talk about an ascending spiral of spiritual awareness!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your part and the parts so many others played to bring this to us.

12 people in Boston!
We had a potluck supper, and many people stayed through to 12:30 am EST.
Truly wonderful. Many people spoke of their feeling touched by the Presence of J-R’s Soul.

I ended up spending the evening with Graham and Christine — lovely. Victoria came later.
Much Love,

22 people came – it was wonderful. Our community helped to set up and clean up.
I am aware of a deeper awareness of J-R’s presence. I can’t answer the how question. That might be the mystical magical experience of JR. AND THE BRILLIANCE AND DEPTH OF THE CELEBRATION.

I have been hosting group gatherings for MSIA in Colorado from before there were even any retreats or events. It’s wonderful we have so many events, classes, ministers meetings to watch online!!!!

We had 14! It was snug but we all fit, and had a fabulous potluck dinner at the break.
It was very special to be with a group who loved JR. And we were all very touched by the stories.

I cried when Michael Sun came up and sang. It was very healing.

The gathering at Dominique’s in Switzerland was good – she welcomed everyone with an aperitif and random inspirational J-R quotes as surprises – a nice idea! We started as 6 adults plus baby, watched the “Mystical Traveler” DVD, with snacks and drink breaks in between – with the young mother and baby leaving after a while. Some of us stayed online with the celebration, till the final disco….!

It felt so good to be connected together and to watch many close friends of J-R sharing their experiences; and on the train back I was very tired and uplifted at the same time.

22 people shared in the celebration in Brisbane at the Rosicrucian Hall.

What a wonderful gift to us all, having an opportunity to share with everyone in LA J-R’s Memorial and Celebration of his Life. We were with you all the way sharing the love, the stories, the tears, the emotion, the joy. JR’s loving and humorous presence was experienced by us all. We all decided that the first 20 minutes of Spanish was a J-R joke! We laughed and laughed as it kept coming and we didn’t have a clue what was being said. Someone called out, “J-R said once that we all need to learn Spanish!”

Many comments were made that J-R’s presence has amplified in so many ways for each one of us. That is certainly my personal experience. I had never had a chance to hug J-R in the physical but I can get a J-R hug now anytime I ask for one – that is his promise to me. Wow!

This was such an amazing “on the spot” Light-filled community event in Brisbane with everyone involved co-operating with each other and stepping forward and “doing their bit” to make the day special.
~Adele Newberry, Brisbane, Australia
