This past week has been filled with service and receiving through the MSIA Movie Screening of the Wayshower & J-R Seminar Marathon at the Castro Theater in San Francisco and the Book Event at Rubicon Winery in Napa Valley. When MSIA comes to the Bay area there is always an upliftment in my life. This year I assisted Zoe Golightly along with others in the MSIA Norcal community with the production and attended both of these events. Through the connection of helping and just being with everyone in the Light that these gatherings create, I have had the opportunity to let go and open up to more connection with the Light. It was wonderful to see how people stepped up with excitement to assist in creating an energized movie screening. Weeks before the screening, there was a team that pulled together and spanned out in the city offering free tickets to the Screening at the Castro Theater. Ken Walsh and Partner Ken, Eden Pudberry, Angela Lee, LeAnna Sharp, Michele Arnold, Danielle Petersen, Sharon Trieste, and Joan Shea. They held and planted Light for this event .
The Castro Theater was the setting for the movie event. It was built in the 1930s and is at the center of a creative community and is known for creative film screenings. There is still the original pipe organ that rises up from below the stage, which was played between the JR Marathon and The Wayshower Screening. This is a beautiful art deco theater, a wonderful setting for this day.
The J-R Marathon seemed to lay in a base of Light that just kept expanding as the day went on. John Morton and staff were there all day, blissfully taking it all in and setting the tone. All of the community that showed up for the evening screening from the surrounding neighborhoods and other churches was amazing. There was a sense of Light being planted and worked throughout the city. When the evening screening began with locals and MSIA people there was an openness of no boundaries, just Spirit. We were all there and here for the same thing, love.
I am still basking in all of the light, love and connection that everyone brought to these events.
Love and Light,
“The Wayshower San Francisco event held at the famous Castro theater was truly magical. The movie was entertaining and enlightening, providing insight into the life and teachings of our beloved JR.”
- Tracey Limon
“The Wayshower movie is a multifaceted and multi-dimensional movie. I feel I need to see it at least 3 times.
The energy on the movie is awesome!“
- Angela Lee
“You couldn’t have found a better theatre to show The Wayshower movie. So delighted by the live organ player and Christmas music in the beautifully restored theater. (next time I with take the day off and bathe in the J-R Seminar Marathon all day.)
Thank you, Christi, Zoe, Zeus and the San Francisco team for making this happen!“
- Sharon Trieste
“This week of having the Travelers in San Francisco was especially important for me. There was a quote that was first said by J-R during the movie marathon and then repeated by John Morton on Saturday. The quote was that “the kingdom of heaven is within” – something I needed to hear again. I am so thankful for all that J-R and John Morton do – and I was reminded of that once again in such a simple but profound way with those six words. They say it over and over in as many ways as they can and I am grateful for their patience and loving repetition.“
- Daniele Petersen
“The movie event was my first experience with MSIA as a group – and for me, it was quite powerful. I could feel myself shifting a few days beforehand, and once I got to the event, I was surprised at how Light-filled yet peaceful it was. The movie had a great Spirit behind it. I was pleased for Zoe, Christi & all who worked so hard promoting it that we had such a good turnout! I especially loved being in the presence of so many sweet people on their own spiritual paths – the regular MSIA members as well as John-Roger, John Morton and many others.“
- Michele Arnold
“It was so exciting to see so many people turn out for the screening. This was my third time seeing the movie, and each time I have a new experience. It is a wonderful reminder to stay true to your self!“
- Eden Pudberry
“My experience of the Wayshower film was humbling. I find I can often put the travelers on a pedestal. During the film, I saw JR in his development as a human being searching for God. It touched me in this simple way.“
We held a Mystical Marathon of J-R Seminars at the Castro Theatre on December 7th in San Francisco. The next marathon will be held on Thursday March 8th during the day, prior to our Premiere of the movie The Wayshower in Los Angeles. More info regarding the Los Angeles Premiere and J-R Marathon coming soon …
“The J-R Marathon was groundbreaking. Seven hours of nonstop J-R lovingly dee-jay’d by Jsu. I felt cleansed, purified, and attuned. And I was hungry for more. I called it a J-R Immersion because it was effortless – being embraced and enfolded in God’s arms.“
- Paul Kaye
“The best of all was to just shut off the world and sit in a buffet of J-R seminars and moments of peace in one of the most beautiful theaters.“
- Rick Ojeda
“I was looking forward to a day of full immersion with J-R and it didn’t disappoint me. As the day progressed I felt myself letting go more and more, effortlessly, as I simply ran out of excuses for holding on to anything other than loving, and gratitude for the grace extended. In the end I was Spirit-soaked through and through, buoyant with joy in the fullness of Spirit’s presence. The best therapy around, by far. If all else fails, treat yourself to a J-R marathon!“
- Vincent Dupont
“Seeing J-R on a giant movie screen was a very moving, awesome experience. Jsu was the perfect DJ finding the next Moment of Peace or seminar to take us higher. My favorite was the black and white seminar from the Light Castle in the early 70s.“
- Brooke Danza
- Nat Sharratt
“Does watching J-R videos for hours inspire, heal, lift your consciousness?
- Phil Danza
“It’s truly beyond words to describe the beautiful marathon of seminars, and moments of peace videos with J-R. There were pictures, excerpts, even whole seminars that I’d never heard before. At the end of the day I was floating in bliss sublimely grateful and restored in the Spirit.“
- Angel Harper
