Peace Awareness Trainings at Lake Arrowhead 2013

Soul Gazing inside
Eyes seeing the truth open
My heart speaks out loud

The Lake Arrowhead PATs are one of my favorite pastimes during the summer. I am profoundly transformed each time I choose to participate. I know now, having done them 8 times, that after the training, I will need space time for my body to catch up with my consciousness expanding into universes ā€“ simply the present moment.

There is a sacred energy present at Lake Arrowhead. It infuses the land. I can feel it in the trees, the soil, and the air. If I am quiet enough, I can hear the devas singing ā€“ greeting our footsteps. The energy there is intoxicating and the people that choose to breath in the fresh air find themselves in a sea of loving ā€“ being born again for the first time ā€“ remembering why they took the leap down here in the first place.

I fall in love often at the PAT trainings. I get lost in somebodyā€™s eyes and I remember how much God loves me. I often remember every love story I have embodied – emptied into – a loving smile, touch ā€“ a heart connection. I like having this experience very much. The intimacy present is like the sky becoming the sea and the sea becoming one with the earth. Nothing is separate. Everything comes together, stands still, and then letā€™s go again.
I am grateful that I gave myself the gift of expanding more into the truth of who I am. I found that something inside of me quietly opens up. There is a neutral sweet spot penetrating the very essence of my being. I am no longer looking for home. I am home.

I am often filled with enthusiasm, playfulness and laughter as I connect to the experience of loving. This time my connection to my heart came in differently and I found a silence slip in that amplified the gratitude I have for who I am. I found myself in a deep space of witnessing miracles ā€“ whimsical moments surfacing as I gaze through the eyes of my soul.

The PAT training this year was a profound experience of giving and receiving in one circular motion.

What I love the most about PAT trainings is there are so many levels happening at once. I find that each time I participate in a PAT training, I go deeper and pick up where I left off — the present moment ā€“ which is where the ONENESS resides.
