My job is to remind you of the living, the loving and the laughing that exists in all of God's creation. When God made us, he didn't use junk. He also didn't use all of His power nor all of the material. There are still tremendous improvement opportunities and when we move toward similar goals, we can accomplish what no other sentient being can accomplish.

The spiritual person knows that all is right and proper and that everything is really going well, even when it may not appear that way.

If you had 24 hours to work this out in Love and Light or come back to the planet at another time to work it out, what would you do? Consider that. How would you address the other person in your tone of voice and the countenance on your face such that they wouldn't care what you were saying because they would be so awed by your radiant beauty? Consider that. Can you sing and dance in the rain? Consider that.

You can choose the Light over the darkness.

He wins who endures to the end. It doesn't matter what you think, what your lifestyle is, what you eat, what you drink - none of that. What matters is where you are going with your attitude and what thoughts you hold in your mind and consciousness. Where are you going with them? That's the question that you have to deal with. And that's the question that deals with you.

Guardian angels are effective, and they receive their effectiveness by your continually working with them. But you never give yourself over to any entity whatsoever, including angels. You can listen, take caution, question with it, check it, but for God's sake and your own, test it.

The spiritual person does without expectation of reward, yet knows very well a reward is magnificent. The actions of service are completed with no sense of reward. And if a reward comes, it is taken care of with love, because the treasures have been laid up in Heaven.

You have to let go of your fears. You have to quit arguing for your limited abilities. You have to sacrifice everything that is negative and everything that does not serve you. You have to have the courage to always choose the positive, even when other people are choosing the negative. When enough of us do that, we can make a difference.

We are born with the blessings of health, wealth and happiness, abundance, prosperity and riches. They already are in us. Yet we need to learn how to claim them for ourselves and then stand up so that we create them. We express them in this world and wherever we go in our creation, so that we're in a state of finishing the karma.

You're never given anything you can't handle. That's a spiritual law. There may be things that are difficult to handle, that you'd prefer not to handle, or that you'd like to handle better, but everything you are given is within your ability to handle.

In time, you'll be able to look back and see the beautiful things you have done and the wonderful ways you have been of service to others, and you'll feel good about yourself. It's a natural reaction.

I will continue living here and now, always and all ways in the level of living love.

How do you know you have learned? You will change your behavior. That shows you have learned.

Those who manifest their spiritual consciousness can be recognized by their ability to gain those things they move towards. Rarely can their progression be blocked. They will, however, be moving towards those things that are for their highest good, towards those things that lift them into greater spiritual awareness.

John-Roger made a distinction that will is with God, and God's Will is done. We are all favored as God's Will is done in an absolute perfection.

You can choose to see love in everything around you.

If you forgive me, you've done yourself a wonderful favor, because I am no longer draining your energy (though I didn't know it). You're starting to pull in the energy that was being utilized in a very destructive, corrupted way towards you, and you're reclaiming it.

The Traveler teaches that all knowledge lies within you and that you will be awakened to this when the time is right and proper. If you trust that, you do not seek others to tell you about your spiritual life. You do spiritual exercises, study the teachings of the Traveler, and go within to find your answers.

Anyone can sit and criticize your personality. You can sit and criticize my personality. Those abilities come very cheap. You can sit and criticize just about everything in this world. But you also have the ability to step forward in your strength and build, rather than tear down, and produce the loving and the happiness you really want to create in this world.

You are the Light. You are divine. You are in a state of becoming aware of what you already are.
