As you awaken to the Christ, you will do those things that are good for you. As you awaken to the meaning of Christmas, you will give yourself good gifts, gifts of love and of joy.

Happiness is an inner state of "rightness"; it may have little or nothing to do with outside circumstances. Happiness comes from the joyful recognition and the knowledge that you are of God and that all your experiences are for your learning, growth, and spiritual evolvement.

You can also know God through your emotions. You can feel God through the joy that wells up inside you. When I look at people, I see the Father-Mother-God rising up in front of me in physical form. And I become so thankful and so grateful to see God manifesting in so many beautiful forms.

It is in your hands. It's in your touch. We can reach out with this, such that it becomes something where we are willing to get involved in the world to make peace, to demonstrate living love. That's the kind of world I want to live in. If I won't live in a world without love and peace, then let's also put some joy, fun, beauty, and harmony in there. There is lots more and it's all good.

You can know the presence of the Spirit by the presence of joy in a person's consciousness.

Do you keep resurrecting the joy of your Spirit? Do you keep allowing a space for you to regenerate yourself? If you haven't, you didn't get it. If you have, you're well on your way and you will keep transforming. And one day, you will look at yourself in a mirror and see the one you've been looking for.

Sometimes my work becomes not so much adding to you as taking away from you. Before joy and loving can come in, there has to be space for them. So a lot of times I take away the greed, lust, fear and depression. With those gone, it's easy to fill you up with joy and happiness.

Joy is an indicator of the presence of Spirit. Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness seminars often turn into such joyful, silly, happy times of laughter and joking around. It's good. Joy and laughter are ways to know God.

Assist them in finding their God within and lifting into Spirit. Sometimes the best way you can assist is to let them do it for themselves - their way. Don't push them. Just let them be and love them for who they are in each moment. There's great joy in being involved in God's work and in God's creation. There's great joy in taking care of that which belongs to God.

You see, within you, you have eons of incarnations. You have racial memories. You have primordial energy fields. You have jealousies, depressions, envies, comparisons, greed and lust. You have many things inside of you. With all that inside, it's no wonder there sometimes seems to be little room for happiness, joy and loving.
