| — | What is your return policy? |
We will accept unopened items for a credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. If item is defective and returned within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. | — | Do you do rush shipments? |
A rush shipment can be arranged at an extra charge. Please call us to request a rush shipment and we will assist the best that we can. |
| — | How long will it take for me to receive the items I order? |
In the USA, you should receive your order within 2 weeks. Outside of the US, we ship courier and via the postal service. Courier can take up to 2 weeks. The postal service can take up to six weeks. Contact the Service Department for more specific information. |
| — | Can I order without using the Internet? |
Yes, you can email your order to order@msia.org, you can fax your order to us at (323) 737-5680 or call us by telephone at 323-737-4055 or mail us at: MSIA, P.O. Box 513935, Los Angeles, CA 90051-1935. |
| — | Can I pick up my order? |
Yes. We ship from 3500 W Adams Blvd in Los Angeles, California. Feel free to save on shipping charges and come visit us. Find out more at www.peacelabyrinth.org Please call ahead, (323) 737-4055. |
| — | Can I shop without buying? |
Absolutely! Our website is available to browse through whether you're searching for something specific to purchase or just looking for inspiration. |
| — | Do I pay sales tax on orders? |
If your order is picked up or shipped to a destination within California we will be collecting sales tax based on the county. |
| — | Do you ship internationally? |
Yes we ship all items except jewelry internationally. International shipping charges are an estimate only and may be adjusted according to final costs. We offer to ship either courier or via the postal system depending on the final weight of the shipment. Courier can be requested, and may be an additional charge. |
| — | What do I need to do to purchase materials that are only available to SAT Subscribers, Ministers, or Initiates? |
First you need to sign in to your account in the online store; if you do not already have an account, you will need to create one by clicking on "Sign up" and following the steps. Your new account will be activated within 48 hours. Once your account is activated and you are logged in, you will be able to purchase those materials for which you are qualified. |
| — | How can I check on an order that has been shipped or get assistance on what to order? |

| — | How do I find out if my order through the web site went through OK? |
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes please contact the Service Department at (323) 737-4055 or order@msia.org |
| — | If I order something will my address be added to a mailing list or sold? |
MSIA does not sell its mailing list. Your customer order information will be saved in our database. It will be used to send you the items you order, and may occasionally be used to send you information about MSIA events. If you do not want to receive any mailings please note that with your purchase.. |
| — | Is buying products through the MSIA store SECURE? |
Yes. We provide Online Purchasing via a SECURE server. |
| — | Once I put items in my shopping cart, can I take them out? |
You can add and delete items to your order while you're shopping by going to "Shopping Cart", changing the amounts and clicking on "update".. When you're ready to purchase the items in your cart simply click on "check out" and follow the steps. |
| — | When I buy something, is that considered a donation? |
No. Although MSIA is a nonprofit organization, purchases through the online store are just that, purchases and not donations. |
