If we can learn to be centered (and that means be in Soul Consciousness), then we are going to deal differently and better with those things and experiences that come in on the exterior levels."
Throughout the seminar, J-R uses examples from his own life of good parenting, good discipleship, and being good to yourself. He says, "The centering process is not a process of sitting and saying, 'okay, now, I'm going to center myself'." He makes the point that centering can be practiced so that eventually, you can address everything that happens with the question: will this make me happy?
