In this seminar, given during an MSIA Conference, John-Roger starts with an active breathing exercise to assist participants to relax and become comfortable in their bodies. About the relaxation exercise, J-R says, “Relaxation doesn’t just go and stop. It’s accumulative and the benefit can go on for hours.”
J-R then makes the bridge to the peace process. He says, “Individual peace starts with you individually. It starts with your breathing as a fundamental response to life.”
You can use this breathing exercise to assist you during those times when life turns dramatic and scary. J-R quotes Jesus at the time a storm on the Sea of Galilee threatened to overturn the boat he was in. At such times you too can breathe and say, “Peace. Be still.”
God Bless You!
