This is an unusual experience, because it contains two advanced seminars. John-Roger begins this way, “Matter is the physical, material section of life and anti-matter is the spiritual. It’s quite obvious that when these two come together, a change takes place. It will be an explosion. That’s just another way of saying that if you place your values in the material world they might be important for a while, but the area that’s going to endure will be that that is the anti-matter.”
In this part of his fascinating talk, J-R delivers information about the makeup of the cosmos and our part in it. He describes the purpose of black holes, the void, the Light, flying saucers and intergalactic communication. Are you breathless yet? J-R gets to a discussion of spiritual levels (causal, mental, etheric, Soul) in relationship to the cosmic mirror!
As usual, J-R’s practical spirituality brings the discussion down to our relationship with all this overwhelm, and his suggestion is detachment. But he doesn’t just leave us there!
Where J-R takes us in the next seminar is straight back to earth. Plop! After a vivid evocation of the physical feeling of fear and inner dishonesty, J-R spells out how we create negative feelings in ourselves. Then he offers the antidote, “At some point we will say to ourselves, ‘That is not for my highest good and I will not enter into the pattern.’ ”
J-R says, “I’ll let you in on a secret. Everybody in this room and everyone who is listening to this seminar chose to incarnate into this lifetime. You chose. You chose to do it because you saw you had the best opportunity here in this part of God’s kingdom to work things through faster than at any other point. You cannot beg off. You can’t get off, there’s no way out. You go through it.”
