Cuando te enfocas en tu respiraci\u00f3n, mantienes la conciencia en este nivel f\u00edsico, mientras vas entrando en un estado de relajaci\u00f3n profunda y recorres los planos interiores.<\/p>\n<p>Puedes hacer esta meditaci\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n en cualquier lugar y casi en cualquier momento. Es particularmente efectiva si est\u00e1s en situaciones en las que experimentas estr\u00e9s o ansiedad. La meditaci\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n te calma y te brinda control y direcci\u00f3n personales que son muy beneficiosos.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abEncuentra la armon\u00eda.
