Come enjoy a guided candlelit meditation as we attune to the Spirit inherent within each of us.
We invite you to relax and unwind from the week as we come into the loving presence of one another, connecting to our breath, connecting to our Spirit, and coming into that presence that is God within each one of us. This is a easeful meditation on sound guiding you gently back to yourself.
We welcome all who want to participate regardless of meditation experience.
