In recent times, people seem to be searching more than ever for a greater sense of spirit in their lives. We are looking for ways to live our lives more from a place of loving than from focusing on all the strife and turmoil around us. In this workshop, we explore some simple and practical ways to get more in touch with our hearts, and to become more aware of the love inside. Our intention is to gain greater awareness of how to let go and let our love lead us, to let God, Spirit, lead us rather than allowing ourselves to be led by our worries and our fears.
