The consciousness that resided in the Christ Jesus is in each one of us. This class presents techniques, meditations and exercises to assist us in recognizing the presence of the Christ within. It offers opportunities to practice with attuning to and using that consciousness so that we can lift ourselves and lift others. The class features a focus on service as a method for reaching into the higher levels and experiencing our divine nature as a guide in our day-to-day lives.
