By popular request our very well-received One-day Urban Retreat is being extended by one day in May. The purpose of our retreats is for you to completely relax, let go of worldly concerns, and connect more deeply with who you truly are and with what breathes and sustains you. With the addition of an extra day, you will be able to greatly deepen and amplify this experience.
The retreat will include sound baths, meditation, guided meditations, qi gong and somatic movement, nature time, walking the labyrinth, forgiveness, gratitude, journaling and free-form writing (to clear unconscious blocks and tension). No prior knowledge of any of this is assumed and you will be personally guided through the day by PAL&G president, Paul Kaye (www.paulkaye.art).
We will assemble on Friday morning between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 am and the retreat begins promptly at 9:00 am. The healthy, light breakfast will be an opportunity to chat and meet with your co-retreaters. The retreat will conclude at 4:00 pm on Saturday.
The retreat tuition includes an overnight stay in a private room on our property; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday; and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. (Vegetarian/vegan options are available). Note: If you wish to arrive on Thursday afternoon and stay overnight there will be an additional charge of $70.

Requirements: You will be device free for the two days. To assist you to remove distractions, we will put your devices in a locked office for safekeeping. A receptionist will be answering phones from 8 am to 6 pm to receive any emergency calls. (The retreat leader, Paul Kaye, will also give you his cell phone number for texts for this purpose).
