That’s Soul Dance! \nFor 19 years\, I led this free-form ecstatic dance experience\, guiding thousands into movement as a sacred practice. And for the next few months I’m bringing it back —leading you from a grounding meditation into gentle\, natural movement\, until you find yourself fully surrendered to the rhythm of spirit. We’ll dance to an uplifting mix of world\, old-school\, and modern beats\, woven with spiritual interludes to lift you higher.
