Email classes take place entirely through email. While there is no tuition, resource materials such as ebooks & mp3’s are used as an integral part of the experience. Email classes bring people together worldwide to experience and work the teachings of Soul Transcendence for three weeks in an intimate and supportive environment. Students check email daily during the three-week class to read classmates’ sharings and complete exercises by the Saturday of each class week. This daily email check builds the energy and focus of the class and greatly serves the expansion of each student.

Spiritual exercises are a gift that enables one to connect with God. During this class, students discover and develop ways of nurturing their loving attitude and time to spend with Spirit each day. Students have opportunities to set intentions and track their individual progress as they grow in their devotional practices.
