Concept or Reality: Which Are You Living?
In this lengthy seminar, John-Roger lays out the differences between reality( experience in the now) vs. a concept (memory) and how we can get trapped in the vicious cycle of living in our memories that lead to depression/anxiety, limiting beliefs, and how that keeps from being the positive creators we want to be.
