In this seminar, J-R teaches us about fear, loving, contraction and expansion. “We have two conditions in our life that we deal with. And those conditions are either contraction or expansion. In the contracted state we have fear and in the expanded state we have love. Our discipline is to focus on the loving.”
He then goes on to explain that failures are not failures but learning opportunities. “How many of you have learned through failure? Raise your hand. That’s why you’re not a failure. Precisely because it’s a learning mechanism.”
Basically, it comes down to opening our heart, and taking responsibility for ourselves. “The place that has our knowledge, our wisdom, is the heart. When it opens as a vehicle of energy it floods up into the mind and makes the mind brilliant, radiant, bright, and we have wisdom.”
Through discourse and dialogue, J-R weaves his own wisdom into our hearts.
