In this lovely Insight II graduation seminar, John-Roger discusses the constant “battle” between heart and mind. “When you live in a belief that doesn't match your experience, you deal with confusion and that confusion makes the mind come forward. And the mind says, ‘I was right all along. See the heart knows nothing.’ The heart knows everything. It just doesn't have a mind in it. It just has loving in it.”
J-R then goes on to explain how to share your heart with others in a more loving way. “One of the filters that you should speak to people through, inside of you, is this one: Do they really need this honest criticism from me? And you know what the answer is? NO. Do they honestly need the affirmation of how much I love them and the answer is YOU BET! And so I give them that.” Why? “Because, you see, nothing is more important than me and my loving heart. There is nothing that I will not participate in that is not me and my oneness. There is nothing that is more valuable than my awakening to my divine energy and love.”
