John-Roger<\/a> joined us on Thursday for the Facets of Loving Book Event.\u00a0 Paul Kaye & Jsu Garcia led the workshop, and having our beloved J-R in the building, and online, was as always a phenomenal blessing.<\/p>\n J-R and Jsu chose a new creative format for this day \u2026 at one of our favorite venues \u2013 The Castro Theatre.\u00a0 Beginning with J-R Seminars 9am \u2013 2pm, we starting building the Light for the day and the space.\u00a0 Then the Book Event kicked off with a beautiful Chinese Dim Sum buffet from Harmony Catering, with thanks to Eddie Chow for helping us find the perfect organic, healthy, no onion & garlic option for this event. Folks then continued to bathe in the energy and the space at the Castro, before the Mystical Traveler<\/a> San Francisco Premiere at 7:30pm.<\/p>\n Thank you John-Roger<\/a> for all you continue to give.\u00a0 We love you dearly.<\/p>\n And following are some sweet quotes from folks with us on the day, both in San Francisco, and online \u2026<\/p>\n This man (John-Roger) is all about giving, he is not here to take. <\/i><\/p>\n I can understand that people might have believed that this is a cult. But I just understand so clearly, by seeing the movie, and meeting these people, that he is not here to take anything from anyone, he is here to give.<\/i><\/p>\n It was a wonderful movie. I’m glad to have found the flyer and to have attended. And so glad to have also met so many lovely people on Saturday. I look forward to hearing from the folks in the San Francisco chapter. The booksigning was great. I loved seeing J-R and his little wave to us all.<\/i><\/p>\n Doing it online was great. I wrote in my journal throughout. I will be online there too!<\/i> The Mystical Traveler movie<\/a> was an incredible experience for me. I graduated from USM this year, so up until the movie my only experience or reference point for John-Roger<\/a> was USM.\u00a0 So to see all that John-Roger<\/a> has done, to see how profound and all encompassing his life and his love and his service has been, was amazing.<\/i><\/p>\n I think it would make an excellent mini-series. There\u2019s so much there.<\/i><\/p>\n I was also aware there was another level of my experience that was going on. Even though I thought I would be so tired that night, I was so high after seeing the movie I couldn\u2019t sleep til around 2am.\u00a0 And I woke up early feeling great.<\/i><\/p>\n Thank you for coming to San Francisco.<\/i> This was the third time I saw the Mystical Traveler movie<\/a> and it blew me away all over again.\u00a0 I felt like a kid in a candy store seeing all that amazing footage of J-R’s life and hearing his voice narrate most of the documentary.\u00a0 This rendition pulls the story together beautifully and the time passed so quickly.<\/i><\/p>\n It is a beautiful tribute to our Beloved Traveler and Jsu did an amazing story weaving together the patchwork to present a cohesive chronology.\u00a0 I learned so much about J-R and found all new reasons to love him and appreciate him even more.<\/i><\/p>\n Thank you Jsu and everyone who has brought this film to life.\u00a0 It is a gift to the world.<\/i><\/p>\n God bless.<\/i> Thursday was another sweet and joyful experience with MSIA in San Francisco. <\/i><\/p>\n This is the third time I have watched The Mystical Traveler movie<\/a>. The film is a different opening experience every time. I found myself lost in the teachings and journey with John-Roger<\/a>. I am still experiencing shifts and reflections.<\/i><\/p>\n The day was so light and playful. Spirit was tickling everyone with its joyful essence.\u00a0 Paul Kaye and Jsu Garcia led the book signing with their personal touch of humor and sharing.\u00a0 The laughter was flowing with light.<\/i><\/p>\n
