{"id":109533,"date":"2019-12-19T11:07:15","date_gmt":"2019-12-19T19:07:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.msia.org\/newdayherald\/?p=109533"},"modified":"2019-12-19T11:07:15","modified_gmt":"2019-12-19T19:07:15","slug":"are-you-willing-to-be-the-blessing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.msia.org\/newdayherald\/archives\/109533-are-you-willing-to-be-the-blessing","title":{"rendered":"Are You Willing to Be the Blessing?"},"content":{"rendered":" \u00a0 \n<hr \/>\n<h3>Merry Christ-mass from the Traveler<\/h3>\n<p><em>This article comes from a workshop John facilitated on October 9, 2019, at Peace Labyrinth and Gardens in Los Angeles, California.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Consider that everything is a blessing, if you choose to see it that way.\u00a0 If you choose to see it differently, it is a choice to see it otherwise.\u00a0 Let\u2019s consider that we are all responsible creators.\u00a0 If we choose to see things as less than a blessing, we are allowed that opportunity.\u00a0 But that can be a great illusion.\u00a0 In other words, it is not real.<\/p>\n<p>The reality is that everything has goodness in it.\u00a0 Do you have the willingness to see the good in everything?\u00a0 That\u2019s a real question and you are going to be tested in your response, any way you make it.\u00a0 If you say, \u201cWell, I didn\u2019t make a response,\u201d you\u2019ll be tested in that you\u2019re trying to not have a response.\u00a0 There is a choice called \u201cdefault\u201d. It is something like, \u201cOh, you don\u2019t want to make a choice? Then one will be made for you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We are in a movement and it is a movement to God.\u00a0 I may not say anything more profound to you than that.\u00a0 If you are here for something profound, I just gave it to you.\u00a0 We don\u2019t have to die in order to find out; but consider that you are going to find out and it is a blessing, something to look forward to.<\/p>\n<p>The teachings tell us everything is a blessing.\u00a0 We can see everything as a blessing.\u00a0 We can see that we are the blessing.\u00a0 We are the blessing for our self as well as the blessing for everyone and everything.\u00a0 If we have that experience of our self, then we can have that experience of others.<\/p>\n<p>What if you don\u2019t have a consistent awareness and experience of that?\u00a0 Does anyone not have that consistent experience?\u00a0 Okay, there\u2019s my hand up.\u00a0 I\u2019m qualifying that to some degree.\u00a0 I am letting my mind have a vote.<\/p>\n<p>Now, I\u2019m telling you I\u2019m not my mind.\u00a0 When it thinks something is not a blessing, I am not my thoughts.\u00a0 But I am influenced by my thoughts, feelings and other aspects of being human.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s my definition of a blessing: Greater good.\u00a0 Is greater good better?\u00a0 It is for me.\u00a0 Consider there is greater good all the time, every time.\u00a0 Now, I am going to give you something profound.\u00a0 It is a bonus.\u00a0 It is John-Roger\u2019s secret of Soul Transcendence and I think a lot of you could recite it with me: \u201c<strong><em>Look for the good and divine in people and things and all the rest leave to God.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s the secret to Soul Transcendence.\u00a0 Maybe some think, \u201cSoul Transcendence, so what? I don\u2019t know what that is.\u201d\u00a0 Here\u2019s another bonus.\u00a0 Soul Transcendence is going to God.\u00a0 That\u2019s a blessing everyone has.\u00a0 As we realize this blessing, we can go beyond looking for good and divine to seeing good and divine.<\/p>\n<p>Have you ever had an experience like you were looking for something with all your body, mind and spirit such that it became desperate?\u00a0 You wanted it more than anything in your whole life.\u00a0 Have you had that experience?\u00a0 Did you find it?\u00a0 What was that experience like?\u00a0 Maybe it\u2019s indescribable, like, \u201cI don\u2019t even know how to express it.\u00a0 Maybe my body couldn\u2019t handle it.\u00a0 I couldn\u2019t stand up.\u201d\u00a0 That\u2019s not the only sign, but it can be indescribable, beyond words.\u00a0 When you find it, it is the pearl of great price.\u00a0 That\u2019s scriptural. [Matthew 13:45-46 NKJV] What is the pearl of great price? That which you would give up everything to have.<\/p>\n<p>Consider that experience of wanting something more than anything else is telling us all how to see everything as a blessing.\u00a0 Put the intention in your consciousness to see the blessing.\u00a0 In order to see everything as a blessing, would you be willing to become the blessing? Perhaps you are the blessing that you are seeking.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe you are experiencing God\u2019s sense of humor that you are the blessing you are seeking and that you can pass it on.\u00a0 You can share it with others.\u00a0 I will remind you again to see the blessing, see God, be the blessing with all your body, mind and spirit.<\/p>\n<p>What is the greatest blessing?\u00a0 Love.\u00a0 God is laughing again. \u201cI am love.\u201d\u00a0 If you seek love, seek God and seek the blessings of God. \u00a0I have a question for you.\u00a0 Are you willing to be the blessings?\u00a0 Game on.\u00a0 Get ready as your life is going to check it out with you!<\/p>\n<p>Have you experienced your loving?
