May they inspire and uplift you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prayer for Loving All Parts of You<\/strong><br \/>\nBy Agapi Stassinopoulos<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Love that part of you that feels disturbed and out of balance<br \/>\nLove that part that feels so fearful<br \/>\nLove that part that feels out of control<br \/>\nLove that part that is upset and insecure with the unknown<br \/>\nLove that part that worries<br \/>\nLove that part that\u2019s trying to do its best and feels it\u2019s never good enough<br \/>\nLove that part the needs the love<br \/>\nLove that part that feels so lonely<br \/>\nLove that part that feels untethered<br \/>\nLove that part that feels so uninspired and lacking motivation<br \/>\nLove that part that feels it should be doing more to help the others that feel the same<br \/>\nLove that part that needs a break<br \/>\nLove that part that wants to play, and sing, and dance, and feel the joy<br \/>\nLove that part that wants things to work out in a much better way<br \/>\nLove that part when others don\u2019t love you in the way you think they should<br \/>\nLove that part that is so human<br \/>\nAnd let that love reach out to your belly and reach out to your feet<br \/>\nAnd fill you to capacity so you will feel you\u2019re walking on solid ground<br \/>\nNot because things have changed, but because you have changed the conditions of your life into LOVE.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>In Response to the Covid-19 and Sheltering in Place<\/strong><br \/>\nBy Rona Foster<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We come together in times of distress where<br \/>\nthis new territory we\u2019ve not experienced before<br \/>\nforces us into a more solitary place.<br \/>\nShelter in Place<br \/>\nwhere we have the opportunity to cooperate with what is<br \/>\nand shed our fear for what could happen and be present<br \/>\nand notice what we have to be grateful for.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re alive, we\u2019re well, and we\u2019re handling the situation one day at a time.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s a time to reflect, meditate, exercise outdoors, make art, journal, talk to loved ones, listen to music, watch films, get home projects done, and be creative in whatever way we can. It\u2019s a unique time, and an opportunity to slow down and Be in the loving.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m grateful for the quiet, the peace, the solitude, the time with my husband and cat,<br \/>\nwhile living in the beauty of Lake Tahoe, with the surrounding mountains and snow.<br \/>\nThis time will pass and before we know it we\u2019ll be back in the every day of our world.<\/p>\n<p>For now, I\u2019m cherishing this time to stop and listen.<br \/>\nThere\u2019s a healing taking place within me.<br \/>\nI believe there is a healing taking place on a global level.<br \/>\nWith a new awareness that we need to do things differently.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s a time for people to come together in community,<br \/>\nand seek a greater balance on our planet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We received these beautiful sharings in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
