This article by John-Roger was first published in the Movement Newspaper in February of 1976.<\/strong><\/p>\n The frequency, the vibratory rate, of this planet earth is lifting.\u00a0 It will evolve even higher as more and more people consciously send Light and the pure love of Spirit to all people, regardless of race, creed, color, situation or circumstance, and as more people send Light and love to the planet itself — to the plants, the grass, the vegetation, the trees, the ocean, the animal life in water and on land, the air — everything.\u00a0 <\/em>\u2013 John-Roger<\/p>\n The lower worlds — the planes of the physical, astral, causal, mental and etheric — are the worlds of matter.\u00a0 The spiritual worlds of Soul and pure Spirit are the worlds of anti-matter.\u00a0 Matter is the psychic-physical-material part of life; anti-matter is the spiritual area of existence.\u00a0 There have been many science fiction stories written about what might happen if matter and anti-matter came together.\u00a0 It’s quite obvious that when these two come together a change takes place; there is an explosion, and scientists say when this explosion takes place, nothing is left. \u00a0But since anti-matter is nothing, anyway, it is still there.\u00a0 It’s really another way of saying that the material world will deteriorate and decay, but the spiritual world will endure.<\/p>\n There are many planets in the universe and the earth, believe it or not, isn’t the highest frequency (nor is it the lowest).\u00a0 But all the planets, no matter how high the frequency, are in the worlds of matter.\u00a0 And as long as anything in these worlds matters to you in such a way that you feel you can’t get along without it, then you may find yourself on the cycle of return to see if that’s really truth or illusion.\u00a0 There are material worlds that are so fantastic, where the consciousness can become like a demi-god, where you can levitate at will, materialize whatever you desire, indulge in any pleasure you can imagine.\u00a0 But as long as you dwell within any of the worlds of matter, you must stay in the cycle of return.<\/p>\n Scientists are beginning to “discover\u201d\u00a0 what they refer to as “dark holes” in space.\u00a0 They haven’t figured out what they are.\u00a0 These “dark holes\u201d\u00a0 are Light in another form.\u00a0 Those who have observed these say that they’re dark and void, and that there is no light there — but light has many shapes and forms and sizes.\u00a0 The holes in space are not void; they are channels for movement from one dimension to another.\u00a0 It’s quite obvious that if you were attempting to travel between dimensions, you would not try to move through something solid.\u00a0 You would move through that which is not solid, which might appear to be void — except that within that “void\u201d\u00a0 there is a great Light, but of such a rarified nature that it cannot be seen with physical instruments of the physical level.\u00a0 When you learn to move your consciousness into the spiritual perception of anti-matter, you can see very clearly that these holes in space are actually much like a tube between the dimensions, and that intercommunication and intergalactic activity are happening there.\u00a0 The machinery with which scientists are trying to detect activity is not refined enough to pick it up — but it’s there.<\/p>\n Because the activity that is going on in these other dimensions must be of a frequency that fits those particular levels, the holes appear to be dark and void when observed in space.\u00a0 But when the activity comes close into the frequency of the earth, it picks up a frequency that fits the earth, a frequency of denser matter, and appears as an object of some sort, a “flying saucer”, a UFO.\u00a0 Some of this activity doesn’t come all the way into this frequency, just partially in; so people who are somehow attuned to the frequency the activity is on will see these “UFOs\u201d\u00a0 — either physically or psychically — and other people see nothing.<\/p>\n The communications that are possible through these interconnecting magnetic force lines are tremendous.\u00a0 You can move upon them as rapidly as you can visualize something in; your mind’s eye.\u00a0 But these other worlds are still in the level of matter; it’s just very rarified.\u00a0 The level of anti-matter is strictly the level of Soul and the levels above that.\u00a0 Those are the realms of pure Spirit, non-matter.\u00a0 It’s not necessarily easy to break through all the lower, material levels and reach those higher planes.<\/p>\n There are a few keys I can give you.\u00a0 I’ve already mentioned that if something on this level or any of the material levels matters so much to you that you can’t let go, then you must continue to come back to that.\u00a0 We’re all creators and we create many of our own laws, which we must then fulfill.\u00a0 When you can begin to learn detachment from this level and from material things, you can begin to lift into a Soul awareness, an awareness of anti-matter.<\/p>\n Since ancient times masters have taught the message of detachment.\u00a0 Detachment, however, isn’t a position of being static.\u00a0 It’s a position in consciousness where you realize that you own nothing.\u00a0 You have all things available to you, but it isn’t necessary to use all things.\u00a0 For the most part, you’re only occupying one physical body – and one physical body really can’t use too many things.\u00a0 You can still be involved with people and be in a detached state.\u00a0 You can still enjoy the pleasures of this world and be in a detached state.\u00a0 It’s all in where you are placing your consciousness.\u00a0 Detachment is action, not reaction.<\/p>\n When the Soul transcends and overcomes the body, when the awareness of the Soul becomes stronger than the awareness of the body, mind, emotions and subconscious, when your primary focus in life is maintaining and expanding your awareness of your Soul — then you are establishing yourself on the Soul realm, in anti-matter, and you will be free of the material worlds.\u00a0 It’s not easy.\u00a0 If it were, you would already be doing it.\u00a0 But it can be done — and is being done.<\/p>\n When people express in negativity, when they bring forth messages of doom and gloom and disasters and catastrophes, they are usually bringing that out of their own levels of matter.\u00a0 All you need to do is take their consciousness of matter and lift it into anti-matter.\u00a0 Lift it into the Light — as high as you can.\u00a0 Ask for God’s help in letting their negativity flow through you and into Spirit.\u00a0 As you reach into the level of anti-matter, the “explosion\u201d\u00a0 will take place and the negativity will be dissolved.\u00a0 All that will be left is Spirit.<\/p>\n The frequency, the vibratory rate, of this planet earth is lifting.\u00a0 It will evolve even higher as more and more people consciously send Light and the pure love of Spirit to all people, regardless of race, creed, color, situation or circumstance, and as more people send Light and love to the planet itself — to the plants, the grass, the vegetation, the trees, the ocean, the animal life in water and on land, the air — everything.\u00a0 Light and love are powerful forces — and they are forces that bring balance and health to the things they touch.\u00a0 If enough people were consciously channeling Light and love into every aspect of beingness, world ecology would take place automatically.\u00a0 The love that you send out, the Light that you send out, makes a difference.\u00a0 When you send it always “for the highest good\u201d\u00a0 then Spirit can use that energy to lift the frequency wherever it is most needed.\u00a0 It’s really a beautiful thing to do.<\/p>\n Baruch Bashan<\/p>\n WATCH A SHORT VIDEO WITH JOHN-ROGER<\/strong>
