As I gain a greater understanding, I realise that \u201cGod’s got it.\u201d I really don’t have to think about it as it\u2019s not a mental process. I need to surrender my request to the Holy Spirit, it\u2019s that simple, as I heard John Morton say about intercessory and innercessory prayer on Blessing This Day<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Also, when I have sent Light to a situation or circumstance, my mind will take off thinking \u201cHas it gone, is it working?\u201d The letting go part is having the intention and leaving it up to God for the highest good. I also heard John Morton say about intercessory and innercessory prayer — in a Q&A for ministers and initiates on May 4 — God is so far above it all. Whew, I can just relax and breathe, \u201cGod\u2019s got it.\u201d<\/p>\n

How often in my journey in Soul Transcendence<\/a>, and Spiritual Exercises<\/a>, have I been plagued with thoughts about \u201cAm I doing this right?\u201d The bottom line, as John-Roger said, there is no wrong way to do Spiritual Exercises.<\/p>\n

When I was first introduced to J-R’s teaching’s there was a knowingness that said this is \u201cWhat you have been searching for, look no further.\u201d I had absolutely no clue about Soul Transcendence, etc., just the conviction that when you are seeking the master appears. There were tests along the way, and I still have the tests come in even after 50+ years. The mind is a great task master. Bottom line, I do my best, release and let go, God is my partner.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the same with the seeding<\/a> process. Often, I have seeded for something and the results came in a completely different way, much more satisfying and effective than my own limited plan. Now I seed and say, \u201cThis or something better for the highest good.\u201d It really is that simple, and as J-R said, not always easy.<\/p>\n
