\nTHE BLESSING IS THIS MOMENT\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
Each\u00a0moment,<\/strong><\/p>\n
Each breath,<\/strong><\/p>\n
Presents\u00a0another opportunity\u00a0to\u00a0choose.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Choose,\u00a0breathing\u00a0in\u00a0and breathing out.<\/strong><\/p>\n
In, out, in, out, in, out.<\/strong><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Each opportunity chosen into\u00a0a\u00a0clear\u00a0clean\u00a0breath of life,<\/strong><\/p>\n
This\u00a0is\u00a0a moment of choice.<\/strong><\/p>\n
How will we choose to use it?<\/strong><\/p>\n
This breath of life\u00a0is a gift\u00a0we\u2019ve\u00a0been given\u00a0freely.<\/strong><\/p>\n
It is – after all – the breath of our life.<\/strong><\/p>\n
It\u00a0is\u00a0how this physical anatomy\u00a0can\u00a0walk and\u00a0be on\u00a0the planet.<\/strong><\/p>\n
This breath is our freedom of being\u00a0in joy.<\/strong><\/p>\n
This breath is a messenger, our\u00a0very\u00a0Spirit.<\/strong><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A moment to choose peace\u00a0and altitude over attitude.<\/strong><\/p>\n
A moment to choose cooperation and compassionate communication over\u00a0<\/strong>self-righteousness.<\/strong><\/p>\n
A moment to choose\u00a0acceptance\u00a0over ignorance\u00a0or\u00a0lack\u00a0of knowledge\u00a0and experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n
A moment to choose empathy and love with understanding over violence.<\/strong><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Each\u00a0moment, each breath,\u00a0is an\u00a0opportunity\u00a0to receive\u00a0a blessing of peace.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Each moment, each breath, is an opportunity to give and receive forgiveness\u00a0<\/strong>of\u00a0all things.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Each moment, each breath,\u00a0is an opportunity for grace to be extended\u00a0with enthusiasm.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Each moment, each breath, is an opportunity\u00a0to be in our authentic self.<\/strong><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This moment is now,<\/strong><\/p>\n
This moment is calling us to experience our own\u00a0self-loving.<\/strong><\/p>\n
This\u00a0moment is the divine calling us to know the truth of that which is.<\/strong><\/p>\n
We are\u00a0indeed\u00a0this precious moment, this breath of\u00a0the divine.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Embrace it with\u00a0acceptance of loving grace\u00a0from God.<\/strong><\/p>\n
