In organizations, collective intelligence is the term used when people collaborate to solve problems, share knowledge, and make decisions.

It is a process that harnesses our diverse perspectives, skills, and experience to create outcomes that are greater than what any one of us could achieve alone. Instead of waiting until Paul, Vincent, or Mark, retire or die, what does the new leadership want to do now? What organization do they want to step into as its leaders? A big part of our process is to encourage the new leadership to innovate and stay agile so we are able to match the energy of the times. Fortunately, in a world of constant change the teachings of Soul transcendence are rock solid. They’ve been that way for thousands of years.
