“Practically, the spiritual heart becomes something you choose.\u00a0\u00a0It is the intelligent choice.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s the right thing to do.\u00a0\u00a0You just know it.”<\/em> – John Morton<\/span><\/p>\n

This article is taken from one of John\u2019s sharing sessions with a\u00a0Doctor of Spiritual Science class in June 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One thing I see as the teachings is the spiritual heart.\u00a0\u00a0Those are nice words, but what does that mean?\u00a0\u00a0It means the knowing and knowledge of who we are.\u00a0\u00a0When we really clarify that, it is who we are spiritually, because that\u2019s the part that is eternal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In dealing with the psychic material conditionality, it comes into a distortion, a misperception.\u00a0\u00a0It comes into something like thinking, which is more like an opinion.\u00a0\u00a0It is an interpretation, but it doesn\u2019t necessarily have the whole.\u00a0\u00a0It has part.\u00a0\u00a0There is another part that is illusion, which goes away.\u00a0\u00a0Illusion returns to the nothingness from which it came.\u00a0\u00a0That includes unworthiness.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s \u201cno thing.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Why do we frequent it, persist and indulge in it, and act like that\u2019s who we are?\u00a0\u00a0If I know, at some level, unworthiness is not who I am, then why do I think of myself as unworthy?\u00a0\u00a0At some point it\u2019s, \u201cIf you want to, you are free to do it because you are a creator.\u00a0\u00a0That is who you are.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Practically, the spiritual heart becomes something you choose.\u00a0\u00a0It is the intelligent choice.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s the right thing to do.\u00a0\u00a0You just know it.\u00a0\u00a0Maybe you know it unconsciously.\u00a0\u00a0Some people make that wrong.\u00a0\u00a0It must be, \u201cyou know.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0The idea is that it originally exists.\u00a0\u00a0If it does, we can experience it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The spiritual heart is an original state.\u00a0\u00a0We are finding out what already is, hopefully at a conscious level.\u00a0\u00a0It does not care if you have proof.\u00a0\u00a0Its truth is independent of all.\u00a0\u00a0It does not need a witness.\u00a0\u00a0It is true.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can access it through faith.\u00a0\u00a0Make sure it is something that appears to you as what you would want.\u00a0\u00a0Why trust?\u00a0\u00a0You might think, \u201cI\u2019m a bad person.\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019ll never make it. I\u2019ll never amount to anything.\u00a0\u00a0What if my basic, original condition is sin?\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019ve sinned. I have made bad choices.\u00a0\u00a0Once I made those bad choices, it was all over.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You have not used good sense.\u00a0\u00a0If you are going to have faith in yourself, you\u2019re going to have a trust in yourself.\u00a0\u00a0Trust toward the good saying, \u201cI am a good person.\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019m adorable and worthy of love. I am bound to my trust.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

You sometimes forget your place because you are in this human condition that forgets.\u00a0\u00a0There is what the Traveler is doing with people, re-membering <\/em>you.\u00a0\u00a0How does the Traveler remember us?\u00a0\u00a0The Traveler knows and addresses you as who you are, regardless of how you address yourself.\u00a0\u00a0In the mirror of somebody like the Traveler, you are addressed as adorable, beautiful, precious and lovable.\u00a0\u00a0You get into that frequency of someone looking at you like you are adorable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, if we are doing misdeeds, meaning you missed and still do the action, we have responsibility because that is who we are.\u00a0\u00a0We take responsibility for those choices.\u00a0\u00a0We find out eventually, \u201cRegardless of what I do, I am still who I am.\u00a0\u00a0I can\u2019t mess with who I am.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Who you are stays pure and clear, full of love because it is God consciousness.\u00a0\u00a0Then what is going on?\u00a0\u00a0Somehow you lost your way.\u00a0\u00a0You forgot.\u00a0\u00a0We forget who we are.\u00a0\u00a0We forgot where we came from.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We can wake up to what I call \u201creturn.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0What does that mean?\u00a0\u00a0Maybe turn around.\u00a0\u00a0What does \u201creturn\u201d say?\u00a0\u00a0It says it is an a- round, <\/em>like a circle.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s in a circle – all directions.\u00a0\u00a0What about a sphere?\u00a0\u00a0That is a three-dimensional circle.\u00a0\u00a0Wherever you look, your purity, preciousness and lovable nature is still present.\u00a0\u00a0At the center of the circle, the center of the sphere, is who you are.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wherever you look, who you are has evolved.\u00a0\u00a0Who you are is in movement, not stationary like a point.\u00a0\u00a0Even if it is at a point like a star, the whole universe is moving.\u00a0\u00a0What that does is allow for something to stay in relationship to something else.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The stars are created and still being created in worlds without end. How does that work?\u00a0\u00a0It works in expansion and increasing.\u00a0\u00a0It is an active living creator still creating.\u00a0\u00a0It is not finite.\u00a0\u00a0You may ask, \u201cHow would I be a part of the infinite, which is also eternal and the eternally traveling consciousness?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

That is what you are.\u00a0\u00a0Just be aware of what that is.\u00a0\u00a0If it\u2019s in the center of the circle, the center of the sphere, that is within.\u00a0\u00a0If we seek it within, we find the kingdom is there and it is infinite.\u00a0\u00a0You are a part of the whole thing, God consciousness.\u00a0\u00a0If you are part of the whole thing, you have the whole thing in you.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does that say about unworthiness?\u00a0\u00a0No-thing.\u00a0\u00a0What is it?\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s just something you put out as an attitude, a way of thinking.\u00a0\u00a0It doesn\u2019t represent who you are.\u00a0\u00a0The good news in that is an awareness that would tell you that is not who you are.\u00a0\u00a0Who you are is clear, whole and complete.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When people want to make something finite or fixed, it\u2019s not.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s moving.\u00a0\u00a0Be in that movement.\u00a0\u00a0Release your limitations.\u00a0\u00a0They are self-imposed so the last limitation is what you impose on yourself.\u00a0\u00a0You can release your limitation to be with God.\u00a0\u00a0Release.\u00a0\u00a0Relax.\u00a0\u00a0Be open so you are not contracted or closed.\u00a0\u00a0Who you are is not closed. It is open, growing and expanding.\u00a0\u00a0It is moving.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s all good.\u00a0\u00a0It comes only from good.\u00a0\u00a0Even if you found the least good, it\u2019s still good.\u00a0\u00a0It is in your favor and blessing you.\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s another attitude to keep.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m going to look at this as if I am blessed,\u201d even if it doesn\u2019t feel that way in the moment.\u00a0\u00a0John-Roger called that the \u201cSecret of Soul Transcendence.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are in a consciousness that is not seeing and beholding good and divine, then look.\u00a0\u00a0You can look.\u00a0\u00a0That is an attitude.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cI am looking for the good.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Look past whatever you think is bad.\u00a0\u00a0Keep looking.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are a good person.\u00a0\u00a0Look for what shows that to you.\u00a0\u00a0If you have that attitude, you are going to create good.\u00a0\u00a0In the Scriptures, it says, \u201cas a man thinketh in his heart, so he becomes.\u201d [Proverbs 23:7] It crosses over to whatever gender there is.\u00a0\u00a0If you are going to think that,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0do you want to become that<\/em><\/strong>?\u00a0\u00a0That is the golden rule. \u201cDo unto others as you would want to be done unto.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0If you don\u2019t like yourself, get a better attitude.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s not intelligent to not like yourself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

John-Roger told us that energy follows thought.\u00a0\u00a0When you are thinking, you are an energy field.\u00a0\u00a0Your energy is going to go toward that thought.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s in your heart.\u00a0\u00a0It is going to go toward that.\u00a0\u00a0If it\u2019s in your heart, it looks like a seed.\u00a0\u00a0What are you planting?\u00a0\u00a0What are you sowing here?\u00a0\u00a0Lousy ideas and stinking thinking?\u00a0\u00a0Is that what you want to create?<\/span><\/p>\n

What you are holding, what you\u2019re \u201cselling\u201d, what you are thinking and focus upon attracts to you in the exact nature of what that is.\u00a0\u00a0There is the law, the causal law.\u00a0\u00a0What you put out comes around.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I see that as perfectly fair.\u00a0\u00a0It helps us realize how we are doing, what our life is reflecting and bringing to us.\u00a0\u00a0Life is reflecting and showing you what you are creating.\u00a0\u00a0If you don\u2019t like it, have the wit to let that form of creation go.\u00a0\u00a0Move yourself into a form of creation that is going to attract what you want.\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019d say that is a really great deal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you think about it, all we have to do is think in the ways we want that would make it better.\u00a0\u00a0Your life is going to become something you look forward to.\u00a0\u00a0I have called it out as, \u201cThe best is yet to come.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dear Lord,<\/span><\/p>\n

We welcome Your presence this day<\/span><\/p>\n

And Your blessings this day<\/span>
\n<\/span>For all who are gathered with us<\/span>
\n<\/span>Wherever we are in the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness<\/span>
\n<\/span>That we are Your bearers of light and love and sound<\/span>
\n<\/span>We do this through the Chris<\/span>t<\/span>\u00a0and the Holy Spirit<\/span>
\n<\/span>And with the Traveler Consciousness working with us in all levels<\/span>
\n<\/span>We welcome this presence through the clearing, through the healing<\/span>
\n<\/span>Through whatever<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>needed<\/span>
\n<\/span>And also<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>bring Your grace and Your ease into our midst<\/span>
\n<\/span>That we may share it openly and it may be spread<\/span>
\n<\/span>To<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>everyone and everything<\/span>
\n<\/span>As Your will<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>being done<\/span>
\n<\/span>In this day we find Your mercy, your grace, your forgiveness<\/span>
\n<\/span>You comfort us and inspire us in these ways<\/span>
\n<\/span>Wherever we are, whatever<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>taking place<\/span>
\n<\/span>This blessing can be awakened in all of us at all times<\/span>
\n<\/span>Serving the highest good<\/span>
\n<\/span>With each breath, with each moment<\/span>
\n<\/span>We find new opportunities already prepared<\/span>
\nTo remind us the\u00a0best is yet to come.<\/p>\n
