Who is making a lot of progress?\u00a0 The one having less and less down time.\u00a0 The one that stays up, open and expanded.\u00a0 That\u2019s the one.\u00a0 That is a master.\u00a0 They are transcending everything going on here.<\/em> – John Morton<\/p>\n

This article comes from John\u2019s sharing at a Master of Spiritual Science class in April 2002.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the divine orders placed here is that you won\u2019t be given anything you can\u2019t handle.\u00a0 What does that mean?\u00a0 You may say, \u201cI get squashed, stopped.\u00a0 I\u2019m stuck.\u201d\u00a0 Those are things you are handling.\u00a0 What is being given to you, you can handle.<\/p>\n

The attitude you may have is that you are not<\/strong> handling things very well, but in truth you are.\u00a0 Where is the evidence?\u00a0 You are surviving.\u00a0 It didn\u2019t kill you.\u00a0 Even death doesn\u2019t kill you.\u00a0 That is what\u2019s amazing.<\/p>\n

You may say, \u201cI heard death kills.\u201d No.\u00a0 It just does something to the body.\u00a0 That\u2019s all.\u00a0 Those who do not understand that process get stuck with what goes on in the body.\u00a0 The ones who do understand realize the body doesn\u2019t contain or control anything.<\/p>\n

There is a visitation.\u00a0 That explains it.\u00a0 One day, what was in the body takes off and doesn\u2019t return.\u00a0 The body starts showing evidence quickly that has happened.\u00a0 The body stops and then decomposes. Why?\u00a0 Because it doesn\u2019t have the thing that keeps it going anymore.\u00a0 It\u2019s gone.\u00a0 The life is gone.\u00a0 Where did it go?\u00a0 Good question.<\/p>\n

I wouldn\u2019t spend your life worrying what is going on with the body.\u00a0 The only meaningful thing going on in the body was the life that was there.\u00a0 When that is gone, we can go where the life went, which is within.<\/p>\n

Have you ever heard John-Roger say, \u201cIf it\u2019s not fun, I don\u2019t see any reason to do it?\u201d\u00a0 If the Spirit\u2019s not there – life, joy and love is not there.\u00a0 We\u2019ve got no business being there either.\u00a0 We are off.\u00a0 We want to get with what the Spirit is doing, what the Lord is doing today.<\/p>\n

The Lord is up to some good. What kind of good?\u00a0 The greater good. Really, the greatest good.\u00a0 That\u2019s what the Lord is.\u00a0 If you really want to get with the Lord, get towards the greatest good.\u00a0 Move yourself that way.<\/p>\n

How do you do that?\u00a0 Do the best you can.\u00a0 That\u2019s it.\u00a0 What if you don\u2019t do the best?\u00a0 You get another chance.\u00a0 Isn\u2019t that amazing?\u00a0 No matter what you did, you get another chance to do the best you can right now.\u00a0 There is no condemnation.\u00a0 There are always more chances.<\/p>\n

What starts making a difference?\u00a0 Are you letting yourself hang out in the negative and being in down time?\u00a0 Or are you opening yourself up and choosing to go higher, expanding and moving?\u00a0 That is going to make all the difference between who is progressing and who is not.<\/p>\n

Everyone is progressing, but it\u2019s relative.\u00a0 Who is making a lot of progress?\u00a0 The one having less and less down time.\u00a0 The one that stays up, open and expanded.\u00a0 That\u2019s the one.\u00a0 That is a master.\u00a0 They are transcending everything going on here.\u00a0 They don\u2019t get stuck in any of it.\u00a0 How do they manage that?\u00a0 They just do not let things stop them.<\/p>\n

If you want to present a negative case, you are allowed that luxury. What does it produce for you?\u00a0 It does not produce what you want.\u00a0 Don\u2019t indulge in negativity any more than is necessary.<\/p>\n

We indulge in negativity because we choose to.\u00a0 We do not have to.\u00a0 It\u2019s not required.\u00a0 We do that because we\u2019re just plain stupid.\u00a0 Can we change that program?\u00a0 Yes, if you are willing to wake up and stop your nonsense.\u00a0 Stop repeating things that you have done before and don\u2019t need to do again.<\/p>\n

You may say, \u201cWhat if I\u2019m doing it again?\u201d\u00a0 You are not aware that you are going in a pattern of repetition.\u00a0 Wake up!\u00a0 Realize, \u201cI\u2019ve already done this before.\u00a0 I don\u2019t need to do this again.\u201d\u00a0 What do <\/strong>you need to do?\u00a0 Do something that has value.<\/p>\n

What do we know that has value?\u00a0 Loving has tremendous value.\u00a0 Truth has absolute value.\u00a0 It is priceless.\u00a0 Get involved in those commodities.\u00a0 Participate in loving and truth as much as you can.\u00a0 If you do that, you are going to stay in good territory.\u00a0 It is going to lead you into what you don\u2019t know how to do for yourself.<\/p>\n

Stay loving even if you don\u2019t know what you are really doing, what\u2019s going on or don\u2019t understand.\u00a0 Just stay loving.\u00a0 That will take care of it.\u00a0 You may say, \u201cI thought I had to understand, know what was going on, be in charge and be in control.\u201d\u00a0 The stupid ones think like that.\u00a0 The smart ones just love it all.<\/p>\n

That may seem basic, like a child could do that.\u00a0 Yes, any child can.\u00a0 It\u2019s the sophisticated ones that don\u2019t know how to do it.\u00a0 The ones that think they know what is going on are really stupid because they do not.\u00a0 They just pretend.\u00a0 So, get childlike.<\/p>\n

Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. (Matthew 9:14)<\/em><\/p>\n

Loving works.\u00a0 Love it all.\u00a0 It is amazing because we can be in a gutter or on a throne, and it\u2019s the same.\u00a0 It does not matter where you are. There you go.\u00a0 Go into the loving.<\/p>\n

Let us take that up as a challenge today, that we would
\nminimize not only the curve but the negativity that creates
\nan unnecessary curve in our creation. And we can do it for
\nourselves, so that we are balancing out the negativity.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re holding in the loving. We\u2019re holding in the neutrality
\nwith acceptance, even if our mind is ranting and raving.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re holding in the joy, in the opportunity to extend loving
\nand caring to others, and in order to extend that, we find it
\nin ourselves. It has to come through our own loving and
\ncaring. We take a moment to place that, bring it forward.<\/p>\n

We ask for God\u2019s assistance and support in all the levels, so
\nthat comes however it comes to each one of us.<\/p>\n

And as it comes into our physical manifestation, that we
\nbless our creation. We love our creation. We clear it, balance
\nand heal it.<\/p>\n

We let it go. We put it into the Light so it can return to the
\nnothingness from which it has come.<\/p>\n

We extend it to whoever is nearby. We can put it in our voice.
\nWe can put it in our face, our encouragement, a kind word,
\nmaybe holding back criticism or judgment, that we would be patient
\nuntil Light and love is what is emanating in all of our creation.<\/p>\n

As we do this as a blessing that opens up, we find it
\ncan come to us, that we are receiving it.<\/p>\n

As to whomever we meet, however many, however distant,
\nwe find ourself in proximity, that we are here to share
\nthe love, the Light, the blessing that comes as Your grace,
\nas Your mercy, as our willingness to hold and endure
\nto the end of this thing. God bless it all.<\/p>\n
