\u201cWhat a blast last night \u2026 and to be a part of the FirstGlance Film Festival and to see The Wayshower showcased along with three short films.\u00a0 Watching J-R and Jsu win the Best Ensemble Cast was absolutely thrilling and to be part of that ensemble \u2026 thank you God.<\/em><\/p>\n

I also got to be interviewed as \u2018Jeena\u2019 (the waitress in the film) by Kelsey from the festival.\u00a0 She said she had seen it over and over again, and it was just what she had been looking for in her life.\u00a0 Posing with J-R, Jsu and Howard Lazar on the red carpet with the FirstGlance Film Festival artwork behind us felt like being at a mini Oscars.<\/em><\/p>\n

The moment when Bill, the Director of the Festival called The Wayshower to receive the award, and Jsu was just so adorable as he received it, hearing the laughter and the sighs and applause and cheers. <\/em><\/p>\n

Meeting and greeting with the other filmmakers and festival patrons who lovvvvved the film was like feeling the Light of the Christ and the Traveler in the Chaplin Theatre.<\/em><\/p>\n

Thank you Zoe and Kelley for organizing all of us, this was my third time seeing it and it was astoundingly good. I experienced so much Light watching The Wayshower \u2026 Thank you J-R and Jsu for giving me the opportunity to play \u2018Jeena\u2019 the waitress \u2026 and in her words as written by J-R and Jsu \u2026 \u201cI still have a crash on you\u201d \u2026 the crush of a lifetime.<\/em>\u201d\u00a0 – Sally Kirkland<\/p>\n

\u201cI’ve seen the Wayshower about 7 times and I’m still catching the nuances of the teachings in the movie. There’s much beneath the surface of the movie that lends itself to a multi-dimensional experience.\u00a0 I consider it a gift to receive the spiritual energy that J-R has infused into the movie and to give back by bringing my body to the screenings. Besides, it’s fun to see some of J-R’s stories come to life<\/em>.\u201d\u00a0 – Jeeni Lawrence<\/p>\n
