Make a request or prayer within to understand. “Lord, may I understand today what prior to today I have been unable to understand or forgotten about my divine nature? Help me understand. Help me see what this is about, that I may in some way understand and perhaps invite someone to another way of relating so we choose to appreciate and find peace with one another.”

The Prayer is based on John-Roger\u2019s \u201cnine magic words\u201d and is an easy process you can do each day to come into greater peace in your daily life.\u00a0The Sunday quotes and processes are chosen for you to tap into the peace that is always available to you and to expand into the experience of peace within you.<\/p>\n

As J-R says:<\/p>\n

\u201cPractice using what I call the nine magic words. \u00a0The first three are, \u201cI love you.\u201d The second three are, \u201cGod bless you.\u201d \u00a0And the third three are, \u201cPeace, be still.\u201d \u00a0Say them silently when you are in situations of conflict or upset. \u00a0These words are powerful.\u201d
