It was everything a visitor of Cape Cod would have wanted. A sunny yet breezy day with fresh salt air, friends and wait staff smiling as you entered the large dining room full of Light, and an animated speaker who was happy to pause and let us enjoy our first course\u2026provided we blessed it. Because that is all part of being healthy (loving ourselves through our food) and on target as the theme for our day.<\/p>\n

Thursday July 15th in Dennis Massachusetts at The Old Yarmouth Inn, John Roger<\/a>, Paul Kaye, Jsu Garcia, Zoe Golightly and crew came to share with us J-R’s and Paul\u2019s new book Living the Spiritual Principles of Health & Well-Being<\/a> and set the stage for the highly anticipated movie screening in the evening. The atmosphere was casual yet energized and Paul talked us through some partner exercises to assist us in discovering keys to our own health and related inner wisdoms. Later both J-R and Paul took sharing, with some enthusiastic \u201ctranslation\u201d assistance from Jsu. There were profound keys for everybody.<\/p>\n

As a sweet culmination, there was plenty of time allotted for all of us to purchase a book and have it signed by J-R and Paul, an honor in itself. With so many kind folks about, the line moved quickly and the moments shared waiting in line were equally as touching as the partner processes. It is amazing what generosity of Spirit can take place when we come together in a common interest, a common love\u2026and willingness to eat a plateful of delicious food!
