Mary Ellen Agolia and Susan Shyne, the El Paso/Southern New Mexico co-MSIA Reps, have been working diligently for days to make sure all is prepared. I hear they’ve arrived safe and sound.

DAY 2 – El Paso

Paul and Celia dive into the El Paso Services today. All is going smoothly while behind the scenes more preparations are underway for the Open MSIA Seminar with John Morton that is happening on Saturday.

DAY 3 – El Paso

More Services today. Paul and Celia are thriving as Roger and all the equipment flies out to El Paso.

DAY 4 – El Paso and Dallas

John Morton and Leigh Taylor-Young fly into El Paso today. This heightens the excitement that is starting to build as people from all around southern New Mexico, El Paso, Juarez and even Chihuahua are converging on this city to be with the Traveler. Meanwhile Jean-Marie Hamel and I make our way to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Ok, I love these Texan men that open doors, escort me wherever I need to go…chivalry is still alive. Jean-Marie and I do our best to settle in which includes getting exercise by walking around inside the Galleria (it’s just plain hot and humid…real summer weather here) on the outside. Hey, we can place Light columns in front of the Versace store too, and wonder of wonders, there’s an ice-skating rink here with some fancy skating happening. Well, while we top off our settling in with dinner and the requisite emails, our El Paso counterparts are settling in for some inside Light work too — traveling with the Traveler’s Open Seminar. Paul reports that about 60 people attended the El Paso Seminar tonight drinking of the loving that flowed all evening long. Thank you dear friends in El Paso for creating such a beautiful smooth visit for John and our merry band of staff. Tomorrow is a travel day to Dallas for the El Paso crew.

DAY 5 — Dallas

It’s hot here in Dallas, or at least outside; inside it’s brrrr. Takes a little gettin’ used to for us California girls. Still our hostesses for Services keep warmin’ us up with smiles, tea and hugs. Carol Barger’s made her lovely home available and Carol Beau and Rosie from Austin have combined their chef-ing talents to keep us finely fed during our Services day. Ina Carbajal flies in today from El Paso to continue her balancer-in-training time. We’re so happy to see her and greet old friends who come in from all parts of Northern Texas for their Services today. As we go into the afternoon round our El Paso crew land and start settling in at our hotel. Carol Beau and Rosie also provide a chauffeur service and drop us back at the hotel. We find our comrades sitting at Sushi Samba happily dining — they haven’t eaten since breakfast — and nothing can give our appetites a boost quite like traveling for long hours. Paul Kaye, Roger Wakefield and Celia Allen-Graham fill us in on the highlights of their El Paso visit; it’s so much fun to bring our team together. John Morton and Leigh Taylor-Young have also arrived and are out and about — lucky Dallas with a Traveler in your midst. Finally we bid goodnights as each of us have a few things to do before calling it a night.

DAY 6 — Dallas

We start our morning with a full-on team breakfast. John and Leigh join us too. We laugh a lot as we can’t help but assist the fledgling restaurant servers to get our orders handled. It’s day 2 of being open for this restaurant and it seems we’re helping them find kinks they didn’t even know they had. We all finally get fed and then Les Gals do a quick drive to Carol Barger’s home for Services. Once again we’re welcomed and our Services day begins. Meanwhile Paul and Roger head off to the Addison Convention Center to prepare the workshop location for sound and video. Carol Barger has done an excellent job of overseeing all the many details involved in setting up the workshop, buying the books for the booksigning, the registration and assistance at the workshop.

As soon as we finish Services we drive over to the workshop location and do what we can to help put any final touches needed. John and Leigh arrive and then the evening’s activities start. First we have an ordination — always a blessed event. Then the doors are opened and as participants register for this <a href="http://www.amazon.com/You-Are-Blessings-Meditations-Reflections/dp/1893020460/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1206488603&sr=1-1
“> You Are the Blessings workshop, they’re reminded of the special Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer that is available for just this evening. It’s always a treat when this offer can be made available, and a number of people are taking advantage of this offer to buy either John Morton’s new <a href="http://www.amazon.com/You-Are-Blessings-Meditations-Reflections/dp/1893020460/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1206488603&sr=1-1
“> You Are the Blessings book(s) and/or John-Roger’s with Paul Kaye’s new <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Rest-Your-Life-Finding-Beloved/dp/1893020436/ref=pd_bbs_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1212709710&sr=1-1
“> The Rest of Your Life book(s) or any combination thereof. Grace Allison is at the products table lovingly assisting all who come there. John and Paul are on hand to autograph their books, and there’s a steady flow of books placed in front of John. All too soon Carol Barger steps up in front of the group that has assembled and beckons us all to take seats, as it’s time to start the workshop program.

Carol does a lovely job of welcoming all who have come. We find out that participants have come as far as 6 hours away from Lubbock, and from Marshall, Texas and also from Oklahoma, just to name a few. And there are a few newcomers too. Carol has us all ready as she warmly invites John to be with us. With ease and grace John leads us through the evening as we consider what is a blessing, and how can we recognize that we are the blessings, and much much more. I sit back and ask inwardly what is the blessing here for me this evening. Time seems to fly by as John facilitates us finding blessings in areas that up until now we have considered challenging or difficult. He takes time for questions and sharing, and then closes the evening with yet another profound blessing. Indeed it has been an evening full of blessings capped by the blessing of ease as we finish our equipment pack up and get back to our hotel in time to catch a fun late night meal. What makes this all the more fun is that we can sleep in tomorrow as all that’s on the schedule is our drive from Dallas to Austin. ‘Course, once we’re back in our rooms there’s still packing and emails to do, but we’re buzzing from the high energy of Spirit and the goodness of full happy stomachs…so even packing and emails seem like blessings. Thanks so much to all who assisted us throughout our visit here in Dallas. We are grateful for all of the loving and caring.

DAY 7 on to Austin

The whole gang is at breakfast this morning…more laughs as the restaurant continues their shake-down. We share our USA Today papers and Wall Street Journals as well as some of our meals and tidbits from the articles we’re reading. John and Leigh take off first to catch their plane to Austin. Paul, Roger and I are still luxuriating around breakfast and Celia and Jean-Marie want to do their bit to assist the Dallas economy to prosper as they check out the stores at the Galleria. Finally it’s departure time and with the help of our very friendly bellman we load up and our caravan of cars ships out. Austin here we come. Several hours later we see the domed capital building that lets us know we’ve arrived in Austin. As we pull up to the hotel we’re greeted over the walkie-talkie by the Traveler who has blazed the trail ahead of us. Our check in is speedy and easy. We unpack in a flash, and then we’re off for one of our favorite field-trips — the flagship store of Whole Foods. Ah, the simple pleasures. Well, we’re like kids in a candy store — each one of us fanning out into the store trying, tasting, testing, checking out special particular goodies that make us happy and healthy hopefully. We meet again at the dining tables after checkout and share our goodies. we haven’t eaten since breakfast so our little meal tastes particularly good. This is a beautiful and abundant store and we’re very grateful to savor some of its displays. Then, we’re happy to take advantage of a quiet night tonight and catch up on email, iron outfits for tomorrow and just rest. Thanks for your Light along our way. Keep it coming as there’s much much more in store for all of us.

Click here to read Days 8 through 12 with Angel Gibson.

Click here to read Days 13 through 16 with Angel Gibson.

MSIA travel staff are currently in the Southwest, providing MSIA Services (Innerphasings, Polarity Balances & Aura Balances) as well as MSIA events.
