This was in Perth, Western Australia, with my mother, the beautiful and late Fay.

We had been on a search for the meaning of life for some time – an awesome spiritual quest that included exploring varieties of yoga, the Quakers and Mind Dynamics (which also used a Sanctuary technique, as well as past-life regressions). We also explored the Church of the Mystic Christ, which also came under the Melchizedek line, and also ordained women.

MSIA resonated for us both because of its practical fusion of east and west, and our immediate and absolute affinity with J-R and the beautiful and humble way he could explain the most profound spiritual truths.

At that time in Perth there was very little outer contact with MSIA – no seminars or organised group. That made us stronger in Spirit, as we focussed on the inner form of J-R and began to learn the inner truths at the same time as reading the Discourses, and doing the meditations, like The White Light. I remember the absolute burning urge I had to be initiated (it took me around 4 years to work this out, as I think I initially missed this in the first year of Discourses – that I needed to apply and then study for 2 years..)

Around 7 years later, we were in Sydney, actively volunteering with MSIA, and this is where I first met J-R outwardly. So I was around 21 years old, I think. I got a call saying that J-R was at the house where we volunteered, and if I wanted to meet him in person, I could come over. It was a weekend around summer time, and I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt when the call came. I remember wondering whether I should dress up to meet him – whether that would be more respectful. I suddenly got this strong feeling of, “This is a man who knows me inside out, my Spirit and everything, and I know loves me just as I am. I can go as I am.”

When I came before him, he was seated in an armchair, and we were alone. I bent down and hugged him and we looked at each other for a while. In the energy exchange it was like meeting an old friend, full of love. I could see how he looked at me that he was pleased, that I pleased him. And I felt so glad to see him – like two like-minded Souls meeting. I don’t recall if we said anything outwardly – however the thought exchange was done.

Of course I have had other physical encounters with our Beloved J-R since then, however this to me is the stand-out: where it seemed time stood still and we were (and are) One, in the Love of God.

Baruch Hashem!

God is Good

I had the Blessing this lifetime of connecting with the Mystical Traveler when I first started studying in MSIA when I was around 13 years old (around 1976).
