Dear Beloved John,<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t get to share with you on your birthday and I feel like now is as good a time as any as my heart leads.<\/p>\n

The journey I have been on since last seeing you in London in September has been disturbing and moving and shake, rattle and rolling! <\/p>\n

There have been two strong images that have come forward for me as guidance in the storm.<\/p>\n

\"lilyw2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And these words poured out of me by way of reflection of this particular aspect of my journey:<\/p>\n

It\u2019s raging,
\nIt\u2019s so loud
\nThe waters crash
\nAnd shout.
\nI feel vulnerable,
\nAnger,
\nTossed and turned, so
\nShaken & Stirred.<\/p>\n

A lone figure
\nIs the last thing
\nI expect to see
\nBut, as it moves closer,
\nI have to admit it\u2019s there,
\nI cannot believe that\u2019s it\u2019s true
\nYet I cannot deny that it\u2019s You.
\nWhat I see with my eyes is the truth.<\/p>\n

The white horses
\nHave gone
\nThe thunder changes their manes
\nThe cracks in the sky
\nThrow out
\nA warrior\u2019s cry and
\nThe Light breaks
\nLike a torch shone into
\nMine eyes.<\/p>\n

You walk as if
\nYou command
\nA symphony of peace
\nA symphony that demands
\nIt is heard.
\nYet the instruments are You
\nCarried in upon Your breath
\nCarried within
\nYour steadfastness
\nAnd obedient to Your strength.<\/p>\n

You walk the tempest
\nOut of and Into Love
\nJust yesterday
\nAnd way back then.<\/p>\n

The moment matters not when it is
\nHow great the wave or distance is.<\/p>\n

Now, let mine hand reach into His
\nAnd let His gaze
\nUpon me
\nSilence a thousand years
\nOf the noise
\nOf disbelief.<\/p>\n

You hold so still.<\/p>\n

And now I am sure of the door
\nUpon which I knock!<\/p>\n

My inner turmoil
\nThe mirror of the tumultuous seas
\nAnd, just as it was,
\nAs raging as they,
\nYou walked towards me.
\nYou held so still.<\/p>\n
