I have been trying out all these different approaches to meditation over the years. Then one day I was on my way to a meeting.<\/p>\n

My friend Brandon wrote me and asked what \u00a0I was doing. I told him, where I was going. It turned out he was close to my meeting place and I decided \u00a0to go and see him for about an hour before we each had to be somewhere else. As I was about to make \u00a0a move to my meeting, I found out that there had been a misunderstanding and I was not going to go \u00a0anyway.<\/p>\n

I ended up following Brandon who was headed to an MSIA seminar<\/a>. Brandon and I had recently started \u00a0writing music together and since we had started meeting up, I had felt this really intense energy around \u00a0my 3rd eye. It just wouldn’t calm down. It was as if it was constantly active; the feeling was kind of \u00a0similar to how it feels when your feet are asleep, but just in a pleasant way. Light simmering.<\/p>\n

I have been going to the seminars every week since, and I have been meditating every day since that day. \u00a0This is really interesting, since I have always had a hard time committing to any practice.
\nBut I have already had some really intense and eye-opening spiritual experiences, and MSIA just \u00a0seemed so familiar to me from day one.<\/p>\n
