The day begins with a beautiful breakfast at the Penha Longa Resort. As we sit down to eat breakfast, the room is wall to wall windows overlooking a beautiful mountainous view. For fun, there are two BMW’s parked outside the glass windows for display and one is being hand washed. A BMW racing car function is taking place at the hotel along with us. The restaurants at the hotel provide one with a symphony of flavors and aromas of not only the local culinary culture but Italian and Japanese.<\/p>\n
The Penha Longa Resort hotel is a historic estate that traces back to the 14th century when both hermit monks and Lisbon royalty lived in the tranquil Sintra Mountains.<\/p>\n
After a delightful breakfast, everyone sets out to enjoy the morning in whatever way they fancy. Some folks head into the small, charming town and others opt for a spa treatment. the AV team heads off to set up for the John Morton sharing in the afternoon.<\/p>\n
We enjoy a transcendent evening of sharing with John, head off for a dinner break and come back for some more! WOW, what a night! The evening ends and we all sleepily head off to our rooms in preparation for touring tomorrow.
