After another magnificent breakfast, many of us head out in many different directions to explore St. Moritz. With the many options of excursions to choose from it became a remarkable day. Some folks enjoyed the day with hotel spa treatments, time to hang out in the pool and steam rooms, rent bikes, take the cable car up the local mountain, hiking, parasailing, and shopping! Or just stay in and rest and enjoy Spiritual Exercises.

The evening begins with a group meeting to gather and review the next leg of our travel to Italy!! We gather in a sweet satsang connecting with the Traveler and taking time for sharing.

John Morton shares a divine blessing to end the meeting. We all stroll down the hallway to partake of the bountiful buffet of food awaiting us to end our evening.

Sweet Dreams of Heaven on Earth

In Loving Service,
Love and Light Julie

Touring Videos for Day 8

Touring Photos by David Sand

Scroll down to the bottom to read David Sand’s Day 8 travalogue.

Plant Light Columns

All over the World

Light Columns by J-R

Handout #1

Download Here

Plant Light Columns

All over the World

Light Columns by J-R

Handout #2

Download Here

Receive Email Updates

From the Tour

the OPT-IN list

to receive updates

We Would Love

To Hear from You!

Or email

MSIAlive1@gmail.com

Join Us in Planting Light Columns wherever you are and Light up the World together.

Participate in Planting Light columns with us. A day for going inside. I don’t leave my room and all day it’s great. For me, 90% of these trips take place on other levels. So much spiritual work is being done, and often it’s easier to do when the body is quiet so we can travel in the upper level of the quintuple-decker bus. (On the physical we only travel in a double-decker.) As far as I’m concerned we could do sharings with John and SE’s all day, and it would be fine. That’s closer to the way it became on later J-R trips as he got older and we had longer periods of rest in between excursions. The communication is so present with the non-physical beings here, often much louder than communication on the physical. And for me being here with the Traveler opens up a door that makes that communication clearer and more direct. It feels like there’s less blockage between the spirit, the unconscious, and the conscious mind, more access to what’s usually hidden, more vivid dreams and a more detached, higher-level perspective on my life. I often see the Traveler as a doorman, holding the door for whoever wants to enter whatever level of consciousness they choose. Or maybe an anesthesiologist who quiets the body so that delicate surgery can take place. Or the nurse who’s wheeling the gurney. Or the surgeon.

The spirit of the Matterhorn, which for me and others I’ve talked to has been the “star” of all the invisible beings so far— the A-list celebrity, the great sculptor of natural forms, the director of the ethereal movie that’s taking place on the white screen of the snowy peaks–permeates a much wider area than just the physical mountain. So I could sit in my hotel room in Zermatt and commune. Standing on the mountain physically, at the center of that Being, carries a different quality, sort of like being with someone in person rather than communicating by phone or text. But in the room where my body is quieter and there are fewer distractions, the relationship feels more immediate and intimate, although less grounded in the body and less tangible. I get the sense that these Beings have different kinds of relationships with God, just like any of us do. This one is pretty high up there. And above that is a Spirit that suffuses the whole region of the Alps. Participating in that Being’s realization and sharing its experiences adds a kind of serene, bubbly bliss to the Traveler energy that we already carry with us. It reminds me of the sparkling water that we get at our meals. It’s percolating, clear, joyful, refined, and quite friendly to humans. And it has a purpose that feels to me like it’s aligned with the Christ. Actually, it’s more than friendly to humans. I don’t know if I’ve ever felt loved like this by mountains before, in a way that’s protective and accepting. It’s made my relationship with the earth deeper, less casual, and hopefully more careful and care-taking.

At John’s sharing we say goodbye to Corinne Bayle, our guide on this and so many other trips in Europe. We’re leaving Switzerland at around 9:30 a.m. on a train to Lake Como and the “Italian” Alps. Are mountains different in different countries? Are the non-physical beings we’ll encounter in Italy part of the human culture, or directors of it, or influenced by it? Are Italian dogs and cats different from Swiss ones? Will I have a harder or an easier time when I’m no longer a cog in the precisely-functioning Swiss watch? (Life has certainly been smooth in Switzerland, and that spirit of precision has even made editing my photos a smoother process. Perfect discipline is perfect freedom, as J-R has said. I said we’re leaving around 9:30, but departure time is 9:39, and the train starts moving at the second the digital readout on the cell phone changes to 9:39.) Will our staff still be as nice? Will I be more free or less when I get to Italy? Corrupted by Italy or liberated by it? Why do I care and does it really matter?

“My job is to awaken the soul into the soul realm, so you can have heaven while you’re on earth.” John-Roger, DSS. St. Moritz, Switzerland | Day 8 | September 22 Today is a free day to explore St. Moritz.
