Que las rompemos.<\/p>\n<h4>As\u00ed que, en vez de tratar de hacer grandes cambios de una vez, da peque\u00f1os pasos constantes hacia lo que quieres.<\/h4>\n<p>A modo de ejemplo que puedes aplicar en cualquier cosa de tu vida, digamos que te propones que vas a hacer ejercicios espirituales una hora diaria, ya que s\u00f3lo los est\u00e1s haciendo un par de minutos, unas pocas veces a la semana.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edas tratar de hacer EEs durante dos minutos por d\u00eda, durante un mes seguido y volver a evaluar las cosas. Quiz\u00e1 decidas hacer cinco minutos de EEs diarios al mes siguiente, o puede que contin\u00faes haciendo s\u00f3lo dos minutos al d\u00eda, pero sea lo que sea que decidas, \u00a1hazlo! Y si tu meta es hacer una hora de EEs por d\u00eda y aumentas cinco minutos al mes, en un a\u00f1o estar\u00e1s manifestando tu meta: haciendo una hora de EEs al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h4>Como dice el viejo refr\u00e1n: paso a paso se llega lejos. Se le llama ser persistente.<\/h4>\n<p>La necedad y la determinaci\u00f3n usan el ego, mientras que la persistencia usa energ\u00eda espiritual.
