Whenever you find yourself in a royal tiff just take a moment to consider that this too shall pass and one day all the angst, frustration, and general pains in the various anatomical locales will appear to you as the nothingness from which they came.

John Morton, DSS
When you want to experience greater inner peace, you need to look at many levels. What's the first sustenance of peace? Food - is your food creating a sense of peace for you? Look at your thoughts: Are they constructive, supportive, accepting, creative? Your feelings often reflect your thoughts and your imagination - and you might as well win in your imagination! All of these elements are deposited into your unconscious. Take a good look at what you are creating, promoting and allowing on these levels; this is where you start creating peace.

John-Roger, DSS
It really is an affirmation: "I'm keeping my eyes on you, Lord, just you. I'm going to look at other people, but I'm keeping my eyes on you. I'm keeping the inner vision on you." When you do that, you may stumble and fall, but you don't know it; you get up and walk, and you weren't even hurt. But as soon as you focus upon where you fell and what hurt and what got twisted, that focus seems to be amplified by your consciousness until it becomes very, very painful. Take the thought with you that you're going to keep your eyes on the Lord. And if you're not sure where the Lord is, just keep looking, because he's there. He's always been there. And that's the neat thing about it.

John-Roger, DSS
You don't have to earn love, if you let it, it will just flow from your children.

Nothing can bother you except those things that you have created. If you create fear, you become fearful. If you create negativity, you become negative. So if you're smart, you'll create love, harmony, balance, good will, and fellowship because these things will then be returned to you. Wouldn't it be nice if all your creations were beautiful, positive, and uplifting?

John-Roger, DSS
People who are working closely together (as a family, as business partners, as friends, etc.) have a certain responsibility to one another. That responsibility is basically that they work together for the highest good of the group, that they are willing to cooperate with one another to bring about the highest good, and that they keep love present - all the time.

When you can approach every experience openly, honestly, and lovingly, maintaining your center and saying, "I know all things are for my learning and upliftment," then you can work through all possibilities. You may also choose not to experience something because you are free in your consciousness and expression.

John-Roger, DSS
Spiritual exercises are simultaneously an act of practice and support, giving and calling on the divine energy within you.
