Sending the Light for the highest good to a person or situation - even a country - can be of great service. If you're concerned with the problems in the Middle East, for example, instead of lamenting how terrible the situation is, you can do something practical by sending the Light: "For the highest good, I ask for the Light to be sent to the Middle East."
