This is a seminar that will teach you to access information other than what you can see and touch and feel. John-Roger defines two types of learning. One type is learning by repetition. That’s how habits are formed, for instance. J-R says of this kind of learning, “This is rote memory which is the work of this material world. We learn rote memory under the pressure of stress. Rote memory always links you to the past.” Think about the truth of J-R’s words.

He continues the seminar by talking about the other form: original learning. Of it, J-R says, “Original learning means having no knowledge prior to that. It is innocence. That’s the word: innocence.” Well, what kind of learning can this be?

J-R goes on, “We would call that intuition, or a hunch, or something like that, but it is just original information. If we know that rote memory is done under pressure, what can we assume about original learning? No pressure. Relaxed. If you want to get this you’ve got to relax and let it come in, in the relaxed state.”
