Be careful what you put in motion, cause you might just die right in the next second. If you don’t know, it’s best to keep the energy flowing straight.” How do you do that? In this seminar, J-R talks about how we bring ourselves down with habits (does judgment of others and ourselves ring a bell?). He then shows us how we can break the cycle and uplift ourselves into freedom.<\/p>\n
