Have you ever found yourself saying things like: “I’ve asked the Light for all these things, and the Light hasn’t given them to me,” or “Why should this happen to me?” Or have you set up an arrangement with God something like: If it’s right for me to do this, then I’ll do it, and if it’s not right, Lord, say something. And you wait a second, and receive absolute silence, so you think it must be alright. After all, the Lord didn’t say “Don’t do it.” If you weren’t supposed to do it, He would’ve told you not to, right?<\/p>\n
Which brings us to the question: Are you trying to control God? In this seminar, John-Roger enlightens us on the many aspects of how we try to control God, and next steps after we realize that it doesn’t work! He puts it very succinctly: “If you can control God, who is God?”<\/p>\n
