In this lovely Insight II graduation seminar, John-Roger discusses the constant \u201cbattle\u201d between heart and mind. \u201cWhen you live in a belief that doesn’t match your experience, you deal with confusion and that confusion makes the mind come forward. And the mind says, \u2018I was right all along. See the heart knows nothing.\u2019 The heart knows everything. It just doesn’t have a mind in it. It just has loving in it.\u201d<\/p>\n
J-R then goes on to explain how to share your heart with others in a more loving way. \u201cOne of the filters that you should speak to people through, inside of you, is this one: Do they really need this honest criticism from me? And you know what the answer is? NO. Do they honestly need the affirmation of how much I love them and the answer is YOU BET! And so I give them that.\u201d Why? \u201cBecause, you see, nothing is more important than me and my loving heart. There is nothing that I will not participate in that is not me and my oneness. There is nothing that is more valuable than my awakening to my divine energy and love.\u201d<\/p>\n
Now there\u2019s something you can take to heart.<\/p>\n
