“There are Cassandras in our life; they predict doom and gloom,” John-Roger says. “I have a question about that: how do they know things will be worse? It’s because they want them to be worse to justify the thoughts and the feelings they have about what is taking place.” J-R is talking about those folks who are definitely not on the righteous side!<\/p>\n
In this lovely seminar, J-R takes us through some of the reasoning, questioning and thinking he did as he was learning about his own place and work in God’s world. He came to this verity: that God created all of this world and everyone in it, and that God loves all of His creation. J-R says, “That’s what we lack on our planet at this time: making a statement of belief. And we must put our body on the line of the belief and walk that line with our body. But there’s no need to do it until you’ve got some evidence that it’s true. And so that does mean going very slow, and checking things out.”<\/p>\n
J-R’s seminar is a fine model for your own inquiry into yourself and the nature of God.<\/p>\n
