In this seminar, from a Master of Spiritual Science class, John-Roger starts with the anatomy of rage. “Rage is a powerful gift and tool to have.” He adds that when you need it, it pumps adrenaline into your blood stream and you can do amazing feats. On the other hand, it can create cancer if you don’t discharge it.<\/p>\n
“The essence of rage,” J-R goes on to say, “is that you become a victim. ‘Look what they\u2019ve done to me!’ And you\u2019re ego\u2019s saying, ‘I\u2019m too big and good and wonderful to have \u2018em do that to me. They won\u2019t get away with it.’ Then you beat \u2018em up with authority. That sound familiar?”<\/p>\n
Never mind. Keep listening to this seminar and J-R will lead you to the freedom of self-forgiveness and acceptance. \u201cAcceptance has tremendous pay offs,” he says, “like, ‘I really forgive myself for that one, that was a dumb one.\u2019 That\u2019s a real great forgiveness that goes inside, and washes away the rage. Now I always ask for the spirit of God, of Christ to come in and give me the ability to forgive.” This is practical, everyday spirituality.<\/p>\n
