This seminar is packed with wonderful stories of John-Roger\u2019s early life, including the discovery of his teaching: Always use love, all ways. J-R says, \u201cIf there is a motto that I could suggest to you that you could live by, it would be, \u2018Always use Love.\u2019 Then if you can always come from love, pretty soon you will always be love, then you\u2019ll be the living love which is The Beloved and that is the Spiritual Promise.\u201d If you have trouble following that progression, this seminar will clear it up.<\/p>\n
Can everyone do this? Can you? J-R goes on, \u201cEveryone has it in them, and each one must venture enough inside to get some glimpses of it’s being there.\u201d<\/p>\n
The other main theme of this seminar is, ‘Do not isolate yourself from yourself.’ What exactly does that mean? J-R goes into this valuable teaching in detail and describes it as a key teaching that he discovered early in life when, as he says, “The wisdoms were just starting to come in.\u201d<\/p>\n

Are you living life to please other people? In this seminar, John-Roger talks about the things we do to be part of a group that\u2019s loved and respected. To do that, you have to be 100% all the time what everybody in the group wants. You give the group the biggest authority here \u2013 you\u2019re trying to please the group. Your ego tries to impress the group and is concerned about what people think and say. It keeps you separated from others, trying to maintain individuality. In other words, you\u2019re isolating yourself from yourself and others, which creates loneliness, separation.<\/p>\n
J-R reiterates throughout this seminar, \u201cDo not isolate yourself from yourself or others.\u201d Instead, be honest, in the present, instead of pretense. \u201cTo thine own self be true.\u201d Always use love. Always use love all ways \u2013 inside of you. \u201cThen if you can always come from love, pretty soon you will always be love. Then you will be the living love, which is the Beloved, and that is the spiritual promise.
